Graystone Lodge is located in South Boone. It features an indoor heated pool and rooms with complimentary WiFi access. We are currently undergoing our second round of renovations which will be complete in time for the summer of 2023.

Close to where I was taking classes.
At first they put me on the second floor without telling me that all there dog owners stayed on the 1st. & 2 nd floor. I did not have a dog. It was noisy. I had to call the front desk to ask the people in the hall way to stop talking so loud. I was finally able to get some sleep around midnight. I was able to get a room on the 3rd. floor the next day.
The floors in the both rooms were dirty. There is no carpet in the rooms which is fine by me, but they need to clean the floors better. My feet were black just walking around in the room. And I was only there in the evening. I watched them clean and there need to do a better job and use a better system to mop the floors.

The hotel was clean and very nice. Good parking and quiet. The front desk employees were friendly and helpful. They were knowledgeable about Boone and gave good suggestions for dinner. Really enjoyed the stay.
Sink was stopped up but maintenance came and up stopped the sink quickly.

Staff was friendly, hotel was the best looking in town, pool was warm and well maintained , staff took pride in their work, coffee was always on downstairs, breakfast buffet was amazing, fresh and sooo much food! Great location!

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Overall, the hotel was clean and at a favorable location. We didn't stay long enough to test the indoor pool.
The rooms are paper thin and the check-in staff were not very friendly. I barely received a description of the property. The breakfast needs to have other options than pork.

It was quite peaceful and the complimentary breakfast was fantastic! Everything was great, rooms were very clean, staff were helpful and so friendly, we loved our stay !
I do wish that there were night hours for adults only in the pool. Even after quiet hours, my husband and I could not enjoy a moment in the pool due to kids splashing around…

Breakfast was terrific. Staff (Halloween night) very friendly and efficient.
Small room fairly well appointed, but it smelled like cigarette smoke when we first got in; I told the front when we went out to dinner and whatever they did, I didn't notice the smell an hour later. Bed was on the too-soft side. $40 charge for crated dog seemed excessive (mostly only charge $25). I also grew sick of all the text messages alerting me to the reservation, telling me I needed to check in in advance, check out in advance, etc. Gimme a break!

Facilities and room was very clean
Extra $20 charge for 1 hour early checkin…..total Corporate greed and ripoff. If a room is available and already clean what is the harm in allowing a guest to checkin early? Most other hotels do without the extra charge. There were plenty of available rooms, so the staff didn’t have to do anything extra.

Very nice, updated, clean room. Beautiful mountain art installation over the bed. Large selection at the Continental breakfast. Bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows. Mini fridge and coffee maker in room with k cups and cream and sugar.
Water pressure could have been stronger for my preference.

No cab, uber service to services. Bus is not an option. To be fair, we were riding motorcycles and dont ride at night.

The staff was friendly and professional. Paula and Emma went the extra mile from check-in to check out. The beds were very comfortable. After a good night's sleep, the breakfast was amazing: offering delicious selections meeting a wide variety of breakfast preferences. The breakfast team was just as wonderful as the food. The Graystone provided a restful night and a great start to the day in a perfect Boone area location.

Location- clean and inviting.
Shower could have been better. You have to get in to turn it on and get wet (it’s cold). Also, the door leaks, but it was still clean, what was needed and nothing bad - just something I would change if I could!

Beautiful outdoor patio w/fire pit for nice evening relaxing with a bottle of wine. Also a nice place to sit outside and have a really well prepared breakfast buffet. The staff was extremely friendly & the Manager Ben was very knowledgeable of the area & offered places to see.

best breakfast we've had at a hotel. the yogurt parfait with fresh fruit was an unexpected treat.
the alarm clock in our room woke us at 6am. must have been set by a previous guest. I've never had that happen in the countless hotel rooms I've stayed in. you should have alarm clocks that are one time set, not remain. OR have your maids check that.
