Very nice older house in immaculate condition. Easy walking distance to downtown. Slightly cramped for six people in living/dining space but workable.

Property is five blocks walking from Main St./Broadway, Saratoga Springs. Spotless three bedroom two bath with parking. Air-conditioned with ceiling fans. Large kitchen with new appliances. Clean/spotless. Property manager is pleasant to deal with and always responds quickly to questions you have.

We had a wonderful stay at the Bell House… beds were very comfortable and the house was cozy. It was a short 15 minute walk to Broadway which we took advantage of daily. Thanks so much Caitlin.

This house was about a 10-minute walk into the business district, so very convenient. There is remodeling going on next door, but this was not a disruption. The full kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook meals, but we only had breakfast there. The beds were comfortable. We appreciated the streaming ROKU TV (only in the LR) and also the grab bars in the shower. The house has room air-conditioners only but, despite 90+ degree weather, these and the window blinds worked well enough to keep us cool during our stay.

The house was well cared for, clean and the kitchen was especially well furnished. The location is within walking distance of downtown Saratoga Springs and other beautiful neighborhoods. It is located on a fairly busy street so there is road noise and there also was reconstruction noise from a remodel across the street, however, the remodel seems to be close to ending. Overall, we had a great stay and had everything we needed. The only thing we found lacking in the kitchen was a pitcher for iced tea, but that was minor considering all else that was there. We would stay there again.

Extremely well maintained property. On check-in everything was spotless. Fully stocked utensils and cooking supplies. Ample room for a large family. Made graduation weekend an experience to never forget. Thank you Caitlin

My family and I stayed at The Bell House for a long weekend while visiting family. The house was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The linens and towels that were included cut down on how much we needed to pack for the weekend.
The house is in a great location, and there's plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area.

As always Saratoga is a great city. We were 2 blocks from the main street and walked to dinner every night. The house was clean and my sons were able to watch every sport they wanted thanks to the stations included. kitchen was great as we cooked breakfast every day in the house. the place was all we expected and the host answered any and all questions needed.

Caitlin was awesome!!! Going out of her way to make sure our stay was flawless! I have never been in a cleaner house!!!!! Just amazing- and the PILLOWS???? Where can I get some!!!! Most comfortable beds and pillows EVER!!!!!!

House was comfortable and interior nicely renovated. It lacked just a few amenities. Eddie F’s Seafood restaurant only 2 doors away was very convenient.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for what we needed. The location was excellent - walking distance to the heart of Saratoga. Caitlin was very communicative and helpful, and responded immediately to all questions - including an issue we had with locking the door (late on Christmas Day). She stayed in constant communication with us until we resolved the issue. We truly appreciated that. Overall we had a great time and would absolutely reserve the property again.

Overall we were impressed with how clean it was and smelled nice. The beds were also very comfortable in all the bedrooms. Perfect for 3 couples. The only thing I would have changed, is the only bathroom downstairs is through the master bedrooms. The location as good we walked to town and a quick Uber ride to the track
