Found used and unfolded towels in the closet and toilet when we checked in so not sure whether sanitization measures are taken.

Clean, comfortable, room is big

Due to its proximity to popular shopping (Berjaya Times Square, Bukit Bintang area) and eateries (Jalan ah loy, Imbi) and easy access to public transport (monorail, Lrt, Mrt), it is an ideal place to stay.

It has no counter at lobby, you will need to call the person in charge on your booking. In charge is helpful. Abit old place, overall this place is good for family.

For the price we paid, it was value for money. The location's great! It would be nice if the towels were changed without calling for cleaned ones.

Value for money and very honest staff

Check in is not at the reception counter. We have to wait some one to bring us to the room. (i am not sure he is a hotel stuff or not, becoz he did ware an uniform and i didnt see any stuff duty card on him. The person also didnt introduced himself. After he show a paper to me and makesure the booked name and have a look to my ic, then he ask us follow him but he didnt explain that he wanna show us where is our room. we have to pay check in deposit to him, the receipt totally is not under times square hotel /suite name, is other compony name. And we have to pay the carpark fees also. 😥 Felling strange.

Good service n staff are very friendly n helpful. Room is very spacious + good surroundings.

The assistant, by the name of MR Mohamad is friendly, courteous and helpful.

I dont like the times square suites at all. Everything is not good.

The bed sheets got some wireld smell, and the spare bed look bad

This was our second stay at this property. The location is excellent! Imbi Monorail Station at the door step makes it very easy to get around KL Very dependable service. We had a very pleasant stay!

there are many people who call me after i called to tell them i had arrived, all telling me to wait. 1 guy brought us into the lobby then tell us wait again, den another 2 person called me at the same time when im at the lobby. the room condition is not up to expectation, there are harping carpets which are tripping hazard, no floor mat, rusty kettle. however, after contacting them, they had changed new kettle but had to wait 2h later. during checkout, we had to wait 45min, lucky we just need to wait in the room and not in a rush. However, their service is good after waiting, a guy help us to bring our luggages to our car at the carpark below.

i will never prefer this property again in the future

Lousy service, old furniture, dirty room, leaking bathtub with water seeping through the bathroom wall to the room. Half the bedroom floor was wet ! The sofa cervices was filled with rubbsih such as tissue, peanuts etc. Towels old with holes... worst than a motel.

I like the hotel because its connected to the shopping mall. and nearby is the Imbi train station that can go everywhere else. Thanks Mr Muhammad.

Was great, broken lock got fix with no problem, but shower/bath was cold, no hot water and we had a baby so we had to do about 10 jug boils to make a warm bath to bath our baby other then that was great :)

The room was just OK, no TV and the check in proses was a bit confusing because it is not under the BERJAYA TIME SQUARE HOTEL. the light in the second bedroom is blinking and not working. if u want to booked the hotel it better be under the BERJAYA TIME SQUARE management. because the service suite that im booked is somebody property manage by some pakistani and not even malaysian .

I had bad experience with the staff (foreigner) during check in. Other than that, everything ok. The property kind of old, television not working but it’s inside Berjaya Times Square Mall so you can basically go lunch or dinner, watch movie or spend time at theme park as easy as ABC.

Very neat,clean and nicely maintained room.Direct scenic view of patronas and menara tower from room.i would recommend to stay here and experience exotic view.

This is a private unit in a huge hotel complex, the owner rent out the unit and use the hotel name and reputation as he is part of the Time Square Hotel, however is apparent that I’ve received is not maintained properly, dirty, broken toilet and I felt I was deceptive when they use the name of One of the best hotel in KL.

The Service Suite is located in a huge commercial complex that include a proper hotel. Getting to the location was not a problem but finding the entrance from the basement car park was a real nightmare. There was inadequate directional signs to the suite. We finally found the entrance but could not enter because we did not have the access key (Of course, we had not checked in yet!). So we had go the round about way o the ground level and enter by the main lobby. There was no proper check in counter. Approached a lady at a desk and showed the reservation slip. She said it was not for her company, There was a phone directory and she helped to call a number. Shortly, an attendant came down, looked at the slip and brought us to the 14th floor, only to realize that we were not guests to his company. We went back to the lobby and he referred to the same directory but he could not identify which number to call. Then we referred to the reservation slip and found a number to call. After calling, another attendant came down, He appeared to be from the correct company. Finally! But that was not the end of the checking in saga. We booked two rooms. It turned out one room was in Tower A and another room in Tower B which was quite a walking distant away. And we had to pay RM 200 deposit for the access keys. All said and done, the saving grace was that the rooms were spacious, well appointed and above all clean. The free WiFi was also reliable and the view of the city was fantastic..

Booked for 2 nights. First night were bitten by bed bugs, so requested to change the next day. They changed us to another room, yet still bitten by bed bugs (not as serious as 1st night, but things didn't get better!).

Excellent hotel spacious rooms very comfortable. Staff very friendly we are come back again.
