The hotel was very nice and centrally located. The queens beds and sofa was perfect for my family of 5. We only stayed one night to see the Winterfest lights, but we would stay again. The hotel and room were very clean and the free breakfast was well stocked.

We are repeat customers who love Hyatt Place!
It’s right in the middle of the Ocean City MD boardwalk; far enough down from all the noise and crowds but close enough to walk to the inlet (about a mile and a quarter/half).
The rooms are big and comfy! The breakfast is awesome! (One suggestion: they need flavored creamers like Hazelnut, French Vanilla).
The bathroom is big and roomy too!

The best genuinely pet friendly place to stay in OC! They even put out water bowls and dog treats in the lobby. Other places say they’re pet friendly, then roll their eyes at your dog and book you their worst room - the one where the A/C doesn’t work and the shower drain is clogged. The employees at Hyatt were as happy to see my dog as any other guest! There’s also an excellent mexican restaurant and burger place across the street that are open year round.

Beds were great. Nice balcony, view, and furniture on the balcony. Bathroom was spacious and excellent water pressure. Issue was parking. Tight and not enough spaces for every room to have one car parked in the parking garage. People have to park up the street and walk. I had a walker, was sick, and we were hurrying from this additional lot to the hotel. It was very windy, cold, and starting to drizzle. Wasn’t pleasant. The additional parking lot by the hotel belongs to the Courtyard by Marriott down the street. The Hyatts additional lot was by the Courtyard by Marriott. Bad enough to have dismal parking but both hotels should swap additional lots so both can have lots closest to their hotels. And Hyatt is building another hotel across the street. I assume these additional rooms will also be fighting for parking in the lot as well. One more note… I ADORE dogs. But there were rooms on the first floor where we were that had dogs parking constantly and children running up and down the halls. We love this Hyatt but those issues have us rethinking our stay in OC, MD next fall.

The front desk staff was very friendly. The all-inclusive breakfast was a mix of hot and cold with a wide selection to choose from. The room was very spacious and clean. Parking was easy with great access to the hotel lobby. Right on the water. Would definitely stay there again.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Breathtaking view, easy access to favorite restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. Extremely dog friendly, but the $200 fee felt like a punishment. Request for extra blankets at the front desk resulted in a non-response from the cleaning staff and ended with the front desk staff having to scrounge for blankets. Overall, another lovely stay. Hope to be back for a third year!

It was very lovely and very clean and quiet me and the grandkids love that it was right there off the beach by the boardwalk they enjoyed riding the scooters very nice. People poles were clean right next to each other. The outdoor indoor so my grandson was bouncing back-and-forth and it was very convenient to everything we needed.

We were at the Hyatt Place for 2 nights. Rooms are a bit tight but overall happy with the offering considering the location and family friendly. Was surprised to see that it was pet-friendly too

Great for access to the beach, bed was sagging so back was hurting afterwards. Don’t bother getting breakfast here for 30 bucks.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Property was exceptionally clean given how many people come thru. Very centrally located..we parked and walked or took the bus for 3 days that we were there. On our last day we were able to check out, go to the beach for a few hours and come back and use the pool shower before heading home.

Staff friendly and helpful.
Floors were wet in one of three rooms we booked with some toys left under the bed .
We had partial view of ocean which was great in two of the three rooms but third room on other side not so great a view.
Definitely one of nicer hotels on the boards and we would stay there again.

Great location if you like to walk the boardwalk or just people watch. Restaurants and shopping very convenient. The included breakfast is good and very convenient but could offer some additional options once in a while.

My family and I had a great stay! The hotel was perfect for us. Convenient location. Breakfast was a plus. Very dog friendly. And the room was good despite not having a microwave. The two pools were also great although the indoor pool was just as cold as the outdoor pool.

Perfect spot on the boardwalk for our family trip. Make sure to take advantage of the very good restaurants right on or near the property. Great location, and surprisingly quiet once in the room for the night. Staff was always kind and helpful, quick to resolve any issues or requests. Parking is limited, but the nearby overflow lot resolves that problem well. Breakfast offered was a fantastic plus too, although a bit repetitive. We would have loved to see some bacon (or even biscuits and gravy) one of the 6 mornings that we were there.
Our bathroom (shower) could use some updated tiling, and the bathroom water pressure was pretty low.

Check in was awful, lady was rude and charged my account over 500 she wasnt supposed to and didnt even apologize just said "the moneys still there isnt it?!?!" (It was stuck on a 6 day hold, i couldnt access it!!!)

The Labor Day weekend is pretty cold and windy, couldn’t get in the ocean water.

We had an amazing vacation here at the Hyatt. Room was clean and staff were super friendly. It is in the beach in a quiet location. Plenty of food options around. The kids loved both pools. We did drive to the boardwalk but it was only a mile or so away. We will be back for sure! Thank you to the staff at this location for making it so nice. Oh bonus perk, coffee available all day and it’s fresh!

Room was not as clean as I expected. The staff was nice. Breakfast was ok. Pools were nice. Parking was a little hassle with all the activities happening on the beach. I will look for another hotel next time I go back to OC

Our only complaints was the outdoor pool was Awfully cold, so much so we couldn't use it, but our main complaint was the parking lot. It was AUFUL. Such a small, tiny parking lot for such a large hotel! We know you have an over flow lot, and I know we were told it's only a block away, but when you have several suitcases, bags, kids, etc. it's REALLY inconvenient. Other hotels have large on-site parking garages, just sayin... but other than that it was very nice.
