Honestly much better than expected. Definitely more upkept than other hotels in the area, so presently surprised. Good parking. Clean nicely appointed rooms. Very comfortable beds. Convenient location, good walking to restaurants and markets.

We stayed for only a couple of nights on our way through while on a road trip.

Hotel canceled my reservation and did zero to help fix it. I never called them but they swear I did. Very rude staff here. We drove a few hours to get here just to have to scramble and find another place. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Do not trust the staff here!!

Bathroom floor was so dirty it was sticky and reeked of pee… handtowels had makeup stains, toilet paper was just about gone on arrival. The front desk man extremely rude when checking in and told me they didn’t have extra towels..

This establishment is non ADA compliant. Desk clerk violated the law by refusing to give me the room I paid for because I had service dogs. He said I had to pay for a more expensive room. It’s the policy. His GM backed him up. Complaint filed with ADA. Expedia however was seemingly quite helpful in getting me a refund minus a cancellation fee which he said would show on my account within 72 hours. And I’d get some key cash.

Pool was very nice

We ended up staying at the Rodeway Inn, on the backside of the Quality Inn. It was not clean, ceiling was falling down and the sink was gross. It was not worth the $400 for the weekend and should be credited the full amount.

Paid extra for breakfast and did not have good breakfast.

For the price was not worth it. No towels No tv the last 24 hours The toilet was plugged. No breakfast like advertised People were not nice

Breakfast was very poor , nothing salty and no butter, bread was slides weight watchers and it was no served just the bags that you have to open yourself and take it with your hand

Run down. Not well kept up. Staff was cold and not welcoming.

The room was clean. Everything worked. The check in was simple and the staff was very friendly. We had a room at the end of the hall. Every time other doors would open , our door would rattle, like someone was at the door.

Room quality was poor, very disappointing.

The Quality Inn is located in a convenient site. The view of the surrounding mountains is spectacular. The staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. There are several nice restaurants in the area nearby and within walking distance. Lots of parking, too! Comfortable beds, warm room. The heat and AC work very well. The continental breakfast was adequate, but there were many choices for cold or hot meal. Pleasant stay all in all!

We had a booking for 1 night Standard Room , 2 queen beds, ground floor at main building. We got second floor, smelly room with no windows in a building next to the main one. Two tiny skyligh didn't provide any properlight. There were no other rooms available for a family. The front desk staff were professional, however, I couldn't wait to leave that place.

Clean and good location.

Kind of upset. Was staying 2 nights but had to leave early so stayed one night because of a coming big storm. Had to get to Connection or we would’ve been there longer. Hotels.com said I would get money back still waiting. I think they are all talk and I won’t. But I have told others not to trust hotels.com So I passed the word on.

Sauna and pool were nice. It would have been nice to get a credit for checking out early.

Room was dirty/unclean and smelled like wet dog.

Overall, the hotel was nice. Pool area was nice, much bigger pool than expected. Breakfast was okay - the waffle maker was nice. The only complaint was the pillows were not comfortable and flat.

Never stay at this place! Worst place ever! Never sleep all night, so dirty. Our 1st room did NOT have a window, no pillow case, only a duvet with a sheet or anything over it! So dirty, clothing hanging in the bathroom. We complained and moved to another! The next room, still no pillow cases, nothing on the pillows at all….same with the duvet. Carpet was so bad we left our shoes on until we got into the bed. Oh the bed did not have a mattress cover just a little sheet. We would have left but didn’t have anywhere else to go! The wifi did not reach our room! Oh found a blood stain on the duvet! So didn’t sleep with any blankets! Did get pillow covers…..wow! This made our vacation the worst! Never ever again!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Checking staff was great. But that was the only staff we saw. Not a cleaning to be had from Monday to Friday. We had to go to pool house for towels. Put our garbage out in hall for pick up. Window had gap in it. Safety bolt was broken and the hotel smelled strong of asafoetida, curry, cumin. Hot tub was nice. Breakfast was waffle machine, bread or cereals. Not a protein to be had. They had green bananas or apples too. While I didn’t expect too much, a few things could make this place shine way more.

The staff was friendly but the hotel in general needs updating.. the room I was in had a musty/mildew type smell.. the bathroom ceiling is pealing and the toilet if you don’t pay attention would have kept running because of a faulty flush mechanism
