Hotel was nice enough, booking in was a bit messy with no real defined queue and a bit of a ‘free-for-all’, but the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Parking can be a bit of a rip-off, given the prime location to Heathrow airport and proximity of London, I imagine this is the going rate. The bedroom was tidy, stocked with tea/coffee and had a lovely large bathroom. We were happily impressed with our room and wouldn’t grumble with returning any time, although pillows can be a bit stiff depending on what you’re used to! Breakfast was by far the highlight of the stay, there was absolutely stacks of food to choose from, including continental, full English, cereals, American, the lot! Staff were extremely welcoming and engaging with both of young children. My biggest gripe was the elevators, there’s only two of them… and so the morning rush to get the suitcases out of the hotel room and into the car was frustrated by a couple of others doing the same thing causing a bit of a traffic jam with everyone trying to make their check-in! My advice is to give yourself plenty of time, I was worried I would be late for breakfast so prioritised this, but in hindsight could have moved my luggage and then had breakfast.

A great hotel close to the airport, the room is clean and tidy, staff are friendly and helpful.

We arrived at around 8pm with 2 children and a 3 month old baby and were told they were unable to find our booking, however after around an hour and a lot of perseverance from Sam on reception they eventually found it. Sam could have been more helpful or apologetic and for the inconvenience upgraded our rooms! The rooms were fabulous, overlooking the airport runway which pleased the older children and myself immensely! The stay after the initial issue was wonderful, the breakfast was lovely as were the staff, would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Room was very nice and clean, Great shower and room amenities. However, the hallway was pretty run down, the carpets were stained and filthy. The restaurant food was awful and the service was terrible.

When arriving they told me that they only had twin bed rooms left. My receipt said a queen bed. I showed her the receipt. The clerk at the front desk dismissed this and wouldn’t acknowledge it. She said it would cost me an additional £20 for a queen bed. She eventually asked a manger and they gave us a queen bed with no extra charge. Also the AC did not work in the room. It was extremely warm. We called 3 times to get some assistance. Eventually they brought us a small standing fan. This didn’t cool the room down. Outside of that, the hotel is in a convenient location - close to the airport.

Very expensive! They charge for parking your car ! Too much. It should be free with the booking, The bar was super expensive . The bed was pretty uncomfortable !

Quiet airport hotel.

The staff at this establishment were fantastic. Very helpful in all ways. Very smart 'front desk' uniforms. I have stayed here a number of times and will definately return soon. I will recommend this hotel out of most of the hotels I have stopped in on Bath Road. Well done Holiday Inn, Bath Road, Heathrow

Great stay in a clean comfy and friendly hotel before an early flight. Highly recommend.

It was very convenient to airport. The staff was very nice and helpful. They let us check in early when simply asking to store our luggage early. The shuttle to airport does cost. Was surprised by that. Would stay again definitely.

A good overnight stay while waiting for the next leg of our trip through Heathrow. We visited Windsor Castle which was a 15 minute ride from the hotel. On the downside there was only one US style outlet- in the bathroom. In the main room all were British style outlets and we had to rush to buy an adaptor for my husband’s cpap. Arrangements to get back to the airport were a little complicated. The shuttle never arrived on time, the Uber driver refused to take us to the airport because of the 5£ surcharge so we took a taxi for 40£

Very clean room, and great pizza resto for the kids (and adults). Sadly expensive parking, and no free shuttle bus.

This hotel is very practical for anyone needing a night near Heathrow airport. The rooms are very nice and very clean. The breakfast is superb - It's a bit expensive but the selection is extensive. One word of warning, the shuttle to the airport is not provided by the hotel and you have to pay. Very disappointed by this as have never seen an airport hotel not provide a free shuttle
