Let me start by saying this is one of our best hotel experiences of all time. The property only has 6 rooms so you feel like you have the property all to yourself. The staff is beyond excellent to make your experience the best possible. The cuisine and drinks are A . The views and amenities in this property are breathtaking. I will not hesitate to come back to Sorrento and stay at this dream resort.

Amazing nothing short of incredible

Sorrento Dream Villa is a wonderful boutique hotel, where you feel like you're in your own vacation home! The staff made us feel like family, especially the manager, Antonio. The views of the Bay of Naples was absolutely incredible with a direct view of Mount Vesuvius. Our suite was extremely spacious, with a separate living area and a large private terrace where we had delicious cappucinos served to us every morning. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding! We can't wait to go back!

Amazing property, wonderful couple of days. I wish we could have stayed longer. Sorrento was wonderful and the accommodations were splendid. We will be back.

Small and intimate

This is a beautiful property with amazing sea views. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Two challenges here: the bathrooms have tile that is quite slippery. Almost every time we had to put a towel on the floor inside the shower compartment so we wouldn't slip and literally break a bone. The other challenge is that this is about a 15 min walk to the city. I had to take a 6 AM bus to Rome from Sorrento and couldn't get any taxi to come get me, even with arrangements the night before. Ginevra, who was in charge of the front desk tried to get make arrangements and ultimately told me they wouldn't arrange the transportation the night before because no taxi wanted to take the job as it's only 6 min drive (22 Euros) and they didn't make as much money. She gave me the taxi number to call in the morning, but nobody answered the phone. I ended up finding a phone number online which I called and got a hold of a taxi driver. I offered to pay 60 Euros and then he took the job. There is no sidewalk from a certain point in the road to where the hotel is so be prepared to be extra cautious for incoming vehicles. As one can imagine, it gets challenging at night and very difficult to do so with heavy luggage too, so plan accordingly vis-a-vis transportation if you select this property. Otherwise it's a lovely place. The staff is so friend ly (Antonio and all the ladies that took care of the cleaning, cooking, service etc.)

Let me start by saying the Sorrento Dream Resort was an actual dream! My wife and I booked this place for our honeymoon in Sorrento for our 4 nights here. Upon arriving Maria was in contact with me and organized my transfer to and from Napoli central. We were greeted by Gene upon arrival at the front desk and she was very helpful by giving us a walkthrough of the property and explaining all the amenities to us. Now the property itself is amazing! This was by far the best stay we had during our 15 days in Italy. The resort itself has many amenities such as 3 jacuzzis, a pool, sauna, gym, outdoor garden and two huge terraces that overlook the sea of Sorrento. Since the property only had about 6 rooms, it was nice and quiet and we felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. The property is located in a great area and only a 15 minute walk to the central area. The rooms are very clean and spacious. We booked a sea view suite which had an awesome view of the Sorrento sea from all our windows and was exactly how it was described. The staff do a good job of maintaining the property with daily cleaning. The staff at this resort were all amazing people and made us feel like family. Antonio who is the bartender/chef was the highlight of the trip. He prepared a nice dinner for us overlooking the water. He also made us the best pasta we’ve had. We can’t thank you enough for the hospitality and the service you provided to my Wife and I. 6/5 rating if i could!

From the moment we arrived friendly staff , came early we got to enjoy pool , jacuzzi , garden room beautiful , excelente staff from reception , waitress , bar tender 6 stars to me !!!

Paid $850 USD per night for 4 nights on Expedia for a superior suite with sea view that sleeps 4 people (I also have VIP privileges through Expedia). The description incorrectly lists the suite as having a living room and a bedroom -- 2 SEPARATE rooms. We checked in with our 2 children to find that this is just one room -- there is no separate living room and bedroom. The 'living room' has a sofa bed, which when opened, retracts right to the very wide entrance of the 'bedroom' with no door -- such that you are sleeping just several feet away from the children -- on top of each other. The hotel claims the pictures and descriptions are clear. I beg to differ. First, the very description is incorrect. The definition of room as per dictionary.com is -- a portion of space within a building or other structure, separated by walls or partitions from other parts. As such, a living room and bedroom implies 2 separate rooms with partitions between them. Here, there were no partitions. Second, the pictures are misleading. There are several pics where the living room appears entirely separate (attached). Additionally, the hotel uses pocket doors to separate rooms, so the absence of a door in a picture does not necessarily mean that there is no partition -- see the bathroom door picture attached where the door is open and then partially closed. Putting the main issue above aside -- there were many other problems. We arrived extremely jet lagged and the room wasn't ready. We ate at the

Rooms were good size and staff friendly. The conditions of the gym were poor, needs to be clean and equipment lacks maintenance

Five Stars across the board. A long walk to Italiano Corso and the Marina Grande so wear comfortable shoes and be prepared to walk a lot. It was very quiet on property and all amenities were fantastic including the chef Antonio and the hotel staff: Irene, Elle, Melissa and Maria. Kudos!

This property was absolutely beautiful! The staff was amazing made you feel right at home.....for a smaller property with only 6 rooms they had amenities of a much larger hotel. I can’t say enough of how impressed we were, I’d go back and stay in a heartbeat! Shout out to Antonio, he was the best! The Chicago Girls :)

Friendly staff and a beautiful stay!

This property was immaculately kept. Very clean. Everyone was so kind and went above and beyond. Graziana, Antonio,and Melissa were all exceptional. I would definitely return. The property is just a 20 minutes walk from Sorrento city center

We had a fantastic stay at Sorrento Dream. The view is great and the hotel is very clean. Especially we would like to highlight the staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay the best. Our luggage was heavily delayed and was finally picked up in Naples by a relative to one in the staff - talk about putting your guest first! Thanks again!

Amazing! Exceeded expectations! Super helpful reception. received complimentary snacks and dtixks upon arrival. Perfect view! Hot tub a night was such an amazing amenity.

Maria at the front desk was wonderful!!! She made us feel so welcomed and went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed the hotel. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous, I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was attractive. The staff were particularly nice. Unfortunately we had rain and they do not have an interior lounge to sit in. All public lounge spaces are outside, except for a small breakfast room set up for meals. The bedroom had no chair so there was no where to sit except the bed! The exterior lighting on the outdoor terraces is extreme white either halogen or LED. It is overwhelming and takes all the romance away. They need to redo the lamping of these fixtures. The breakfast room stayed lit up light a white beacon, also not good at night! The bed/bath needed a full length mirror. Our room had a terrace that backed onto the laundry staff area. The smell of detergent was so overwhelming that you could not sit there. In addition the chatter of the staff, the noise of the machines made the terrace unpleasant. I think a full height sold wall is needed. We could see the staff, as they could us, through the gaps in the glass panels. Again the staff were delightful. Linda

Fabulous views, great facilities, spotlessly clean and friendly, welcoming staff

This was an INCREDIBLE room in a wonderful 6 room B & B. It was a little off the beaten path (to town), but it was fine. We had room 101

Extremely disappointed. We booked a room with a sea view 9 months in advance. I called multiple times to make sure we would have a room with a balcony looking at the ocean like the pictures of the superior suite sea view show. It was a special anniversary for us. We’re given a room that only has views of opaque white glass when sitting outside. Was told due to others booking 24 months ago. Hotel only opened last July 2018. Told nothing they could do. There are only 6 rooms. Chances are pretty good you won’t get a room like they advertise. There is no restaurant and that is very inconvenient. Very inconvenient to shopping and other restaurants. Hated the motion detectors that tracked every movement and lite up all night with every movement. They were annoying and made us feel like we were being watched. There are tons of hotels there and priced for better value. Stay somewhere else.

Nice little private spot for our stay in Sorrento! Staff was wonderful, friendly and very helpful! We loved the privacy and really recommend this place!

The highlight of our trip to Italy was our time at this resort- pristinely clean, gorgeous view, peaceful surroundings, friendly staff who would do anything to help and meet your needs. Food and drink were somehow always available- we will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely amazing staff. They all take great pride in making guest feel comfortable. The property is immaculate and located perfectly for access to Sorrento Center. Dinner prepared by the chef was exquisite. The staff helped coordinate a surprise from a loved one. We I’ll be back and look forward to staying at Sorrento Dream again.

Incredible stay at this small modern boutique hotel. Beautiful accommodations, scenic view, great location and warm, friendly, attentive staff. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed everything about Sorrento Dreams! The staff (Maria at check-in) was very helpful, professional and friendly. She had many recommendations for my husband and 13 year old daughter, and went out of her way to print off ferry schedules and the like for us. The location of the resort was ideal, only a 5-10 minute walk into the main square, close to shopping and restaurants. The room itself (superior sea view) was gorgeous - new, modern and high tech coupled with a wonderful view of the water. The grounds included an outdoor open air fitness centre, reading garden, walking path to lemon tree garden, spa, whirlpool, and more. This is a small resort, perfect for quiet getaways. The room service, bar and breakfast menu are small but every such we tried, was prepared with care and delicious. There is a small stretch of road as soon as you depart the property grounds (walk into town) that is narrow, with fast oncoming traffic. Just use care and caution, and common sense when crossing/walking. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!
