Nice staff and quiet place

Beautiful property/views, clean/comfortable room, and the hosts were so kind! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Lovely boutique hotel located in the heart of the Dolomites. The staff are wonderful. Our room had a great view of the pastured sheep, a new hotel under construction and a breathtaking rock formation in the background. Some items in the hotel are “vintage.” We appreciated being a bit off the main drag. Great location!

Great place to stay if you are exploring the Dolomites

- The hosts are really lovely - our room had great views - buffet breakfast included- hot coffee, cereals, nuts, toast, cheese, ham available. Such a bonus - clean rooms, walls are a bit paper thin but didn’t really bother us

What a lovely B&B. The owners were just lovely and so helpful. We had a view of the mountains from our balcony and it was so peaceful. We even received a bus pass to use while there, so we didn't have to drive. It was super easy just to hop on the bus to go to Ortisei or Bolzano. Breakfast was delicious and the bed was super comfy. We would definitely stay there again.

Brilliant 2 night stay at Villa Insam. The host was very accommodating and breakfast was delicious. Easy to walk down into selva in around 15 minutes by wooded paths. Lovely area to visit, would love to come back :)

Great location

The people managing this place were all very courteous and attentive to the needs of the guests. The rooms offer spectacular views of the Dolomites. The breakfast serving was generous and sumptuous. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is not fancy. But bed was comfortable and shower worked well. Views of the mountains from your window you can't beat. The couple who runs the hotel made breakfast every morning and were very nice. Would stay again.

Their service is nice and the location is great sadly I didn’t like the fact that their towels and sheets were colourful so one can’t see whether they are clean or not.

The accommodations were simple and the view from our room was wonderful. We loved everything about it.

A family hotel so there are prons and cons. Prons: personal attention. The owner explained us how to go to every where around and gave us free bus tickets. Cons: wifi very weak especially in the upper levels of the hotel. Breakfast very minimalistic. Very old shower towels and no shampoo. Great location of the hotel but basic services that give you what you need but not more than that.

The view from the balconies at this place are breathtaking! It's a smaller place a little off the main drag of town, but we liked that. Ut has a rustic feel like a cabin, and we loved that! The hospitality was amazing, and the breakfast in the morning was perfect with fresh fruit, bread, meats and cheeses, meusli, juices, coffees and fresh pastries.

Unique quiet place in the perfect location! We enjoyed our stay very much and recommend villa insam a lot.

Very cozy place. The owners were very kind and helpful and gave us tips on where to hike. Very clean and fresh. Looked newly renovated. Great plus that you were able to cook your own food. Nice breakfast. Our room was small but it didn’t matter that much. Very nice balcony with view over the mountains.

Simple rooms, no AC, but no need for it when we stayed. Room is compact, but very clean, great condition and views are spectacular! Loved the hosts, and they we friendly, and helpful with custom made breakfast

It was a very quite and beautiful place. The host guided us to a new renovated room. It’s a small bathroom but it was very cosy & clean. We enjoyed and relaxed there.

Ski-in and ski-out was a bonus. Small and quaint.
