Hotel was in great location and food and service in Italian restaurant was great

Very nice property

I had an amazing time here. The room is spacious and clean. Customer service is on point, and were so helpful. Definitely enjoyed my stay.

Overall the stay was decent but I wouldn’t say at the Hyatt level that I expected. The check-in was not as pleasant with the agent. There were some stains on the sofa that I didn’t feel clean and could hear the door banging sounds quite much from our room.

We had 2 rooms booked. We required a late checkout for both rooms. One room they allowed a late check out to 1:30pm at no charge. The second room was not granted a late check, the reason the room was needed. Although a late check out was offered for a fee of$40 for one additional hour. In essence the room was not needed but was available for a fee only while our second room was granted the late check at no additional fees

We had a great stay. Comfortable an clean room. Beautiful city view. Disappointed by pool we were told it’s 50$ per person to use pool. Breakfast was way too expensive for quality.

We got 2 rooms side by side for a girls trip. It was perfect! The views, service etc. Would definitely recommend this property if visiting Seattle.

We flew in for an event and stayed here. For the price we paid I was not satisfied with a few things... firstly its $38/night to park - okay thats fine.... except when i pay it and their garage is full? Why have me pay it to not have a spot available? When we arrived, vending machines were working as well as the pizza machine, but by the end of the night they were not. So many things offered seemed to be unavailable or not working. And lastly, the employees at the desk do not communicate an amount before swiping your card so you have to be diligent to ask before handing your card over. The room was beautiful and clean, but the other little details were really frustrating. We probably wouldnt stay there again. Just my personal experience.

Heating and cooling system made too much noise at night

We chose this hotel because of its convenient location. To our surprise, it was more than we expected! We arrived early and they let us check in right away! The rooms were nice and clean, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, we got 4 free water bottles daily and $15 credit at the hotel Market daily as well! Pike Place Market was only a 12 minute walk, and the Waterfront was another couple of minutes walk from there. The Chihuly Gardens and Space Needle were about a 27 minute walk. On the way back, we took the monorail and walked back to the hotel in about 5 minutes. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again when in Seattle!

This was the first time we've ever stayed at a Hyatt hotel. It was everything we expected and then some. We chose it primarily because of the location as this is where the Boeing tour commences from. It was also close to shopping, the monorail, Pike Place Market and it's across the street from the Seattle Convention Centre. From the moment we checked in, all the staff were all very hospitable, helpful and kind. Our room was on the 36th floor overlooking the waterfront. It was lovely. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a desk, sofa, safe, fridge and a coffee maker. The bathroon was large and finished nicely. Overall, it was very nice and comfortable, so much so we would definitely stay with Hyatt again. We very much appreciated the Market on the second floor (lots of tasty and inexpensive take out) and also enjoyed meals at the two other restaurants in the hotel. As a member of World of Hyatt, we also had access to the 8th floor lounge which provided a large space, drinks and snacks throughout the day along with a lovely outdoor terrace. There is also another Hyatt hotel across the street and you can use their restaurants and charge it back to this property. We understand they also have a pool that guests can use although we did not know that until we arrived. We also saw people that had dogs staying with them. A friend who was in town from Chicago but staying in another hotel was very impressed whenever he visited us at the Hyatt Regency in Seattle.

Great experience with this hotel. The room was very clean and quiet with a modern feel. The staff was very friendly in welcoming you for your stay or upon return to the hotel and readily answered any questions that we had. We were able to remain parked in the garage beyond check-out time while we explored the city a bit more during the day, which was a nice option to have even after you are checked out of your room.

Overall happy with the accomodations, but I expect valet service at any hyatt regency and it was not offered at this location. Our room was also not ready until after 4pm which added some complications when traveling with two littles.

Overall the Hyatt Regency was nice and has the capacity to serve a lot of people. The beds are really firm, and the bathroom in our room did not have a lock which was inconvenient sharing it with the family. The housekeeping was horrible. They never took the garbage, only comes every other day. For paying a hotel fee everyday, I would assume they would turn down each day. Nope. So on your vacation, expect to housekeep yourself. Front desk was courteous and helpful. Keep in mind if you bring a car, their will be a nightly parking fee of $45.

Functional hotel that is a typical Hyatt style so you know what to expect. Easy check in and out, a couple of restaurants on site and an excellent fitness centre. Destination fee of $25 annoying but you can obtain $15 of credit to use in the marketplace cafe.

All around good experience. I would stay there again.

Great staff, and the dining in house was good. Parking was convenient and very walkable to lots of attractions.

Very well located, the convention center is a walkable distance and loads of good dinning places in the vicinity.

Our family got in on an early flight and the hotel was able to hold all our luggage and delivered it right to our suite when it was ready for no extra charge. We were also given access to the exclusive lounge area which had the best snacks and coffee machines we have ever seen! The suite was beautiful, the views were amazing and the beds were very comfortable, even the sofa bed was nice . We loved the location as it was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see downtown. Definitely recommend booking months in advance to avoid disappointment.

Safe and convenient location in downtown Seattle. We stayed at this hotel before our Alaska cruise and enjoyed our stay there. We walked to the Pike Market place as well as nearby restaurants and felt safe.
