Hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Wow!!! The concierge was phenomenal and am even arranged for my manicure and pedicure in room. The drinks in American Bar were delicious and it was really hard NOT to eat every meal at the Japanese restaurant. I had some of the best sushi and nigiri of my life. Overall, this was outstanding. Thank you!

We had a superb stay here, it s truly a 5 star hotel and we enjoyed the luxury of the room, the spa (sad that sauna was not working) and the bar. Not all 5 star hotels are truly 5 stars....this one is! Congratulations to the staff and the person who is in charge.

Great hotel! Well located, very friendly staff, very clean! Indeed a 5* Hotel. The only downside i can say is that as a cigar smoker you have to smoke outside.. however the days i stayed there the outside area was closed.

our suite has 2 sinks and the one on the left side the hot water faucet was not functional. For that level of hotel in my opinion it is not acceptable. Besides that, it is definitely a hotel to visit again. Great staff

Wonderfully designed rooms and ambience

We had two rooms for my family of 3…one had a queen and the other two (abutting) twins. They put us in rooms next to one another in an area where we had a private hall so we could keep our doors open between our rooms which I thought was very thoughtful of them. The only negative was that we had no view (some interior space, we just kept curtains closed), but it was worth it for the convenience for us. Rooms were both beautifully appointed with everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Rooms were very clean and nice sized. Bathrooms were lovely marble with double sinks and separate commode room and shower stall. Bed was sooo comfortable. Room www quiet, dark and cool which made for a great sleep. Water bottles and macrons at the turn down service was a nice touch. Front desk staff was very kind as was the bellman. He went out of his way to be friendly and helpful on several occasions during our short two night stay. Beautiful restaurant attached to the hotel although unfortunately we didn’t stay long enough to have a chance to try them. My son used the gym and pool and said it was great. We had a late day flight out and asked for a late checkout. They said to check that day, and if they were able to accommodate us keeping one room later they would. And as they said, if they can accommodate they will and they did, letting us stay until 2pm…and it felt like that throughout on all levels. Very nice location. If/when I go back to Porto, I will hope to stay at here again.

The hotel was very centrally located, the service and amenities were great. The breakfast was delicious.

It was a bit out of the hub. I wouldn’t stay here again. The concierge was not helpful. She sent me to the Flores street and said most of the places are pretty good without making a recommendation. She also didn’t mention that restaurants close in the afternoon.

Recently renovated, it is a stunning historical building right in the city center and close to all major turistic sites. Staff: impecable Room: outstanding class and very spacious Breakfast: wide selection and nice a la carte plates Building: sumptous and posh furniture / very classy and high level Extremely recommended

Amazing hotel in the centre of Porto. Rooms are tastefully decorated and beds are very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is extensive with lots of choices. You can order eggs and bacon etc.. to be served at your table. The staff and service couldn’t have been nicer. Great Hotel!
