Inside the Wall City everything in walking distance

Location location location! The room was spacious and the staff was very friendly. The rooftop pool offered a great view. The breakfast was excellent! A small but good buffet with 8 options from the kitchen as main part of meal.

Second time staying here inside the wall city you have access to everything

For a person that travels to a lot of places in South America, this hotel is one that I would not recommend. The rooms were dark and gloomy. When you took a bath the water would get out and the floor tiles would be so wet I almost fell two times coming out of the shower. The service was horrible, it felt like I was in a shelter. The service on the roof top was awful, before you even ordered something the waiter just wanted to know the room number and was not even curious to ask me what I needed first. I expected more from this hotel especially because of the location it was at, I recommend you spend your money at another hotel.

Beautiful facility, great restaurant, wonderful rooftop pool/bar/views. Convenient and walkable.

Overall I enjoyed the property, the staff was nice and check in was seamless. If you stay I highly recommend eating at the bar and getting the Locura de coco for dessert, it is soooo good and I regret not getting it again before I left💔.

Property clean updated and close to everything

We actually checked out because we wanted to break up our trip into 2 parts. Half in the walled city and half at the beach. But we ended up changing our reservations and stayed our whole time at Santa Catalina. The other place we booked was dreadful. It didn’t look anything like the pictures. lol. But we really like Santa Catalina for so many reasons. Great breakfast, clean, comfortable and you can’t beat the location! Highly recommended staying at Santa Catalina.

I like everything

We had a wonderful stay here. Great staff, excellent location, good food and super safe. The only complaints are there are no wash cloths and the hot tub was not working but they did get it working the next day, however it was not very warm and pretty run down.

Great internet speed, great place for digital nomads

This property was immaculate. In a great location, the breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning and the staff were very attentive. AC worked beautifully So our room was always nice and cool. Rooftop bar Is beautiful and a nice view with a Clocktower

There was a construction project happening around the pool that was kind of loud. I really liked the hotel otherwise. It is lovely, in a great location, and has a great restaurant.
