Hotel very cold , had to ask for a heater for room, towel rail in bathroom did,nt work,told staff nothing done. Restaurant freezing,told staff,was told heating was on. Glasses in restaurant not very clean There was 6 of us we were all cold,we all had to have extra heaters in our rooms

Only there for 1 night staff so friendly the hotel is beautifully decorated with so many litte personal touches. The restaurant was delightful and the food was amazing would highly recommend staying and eating here.

Lovely quiet family owned hotel in Sussex. We enjoyed drinks by the firs in room with flagstone floors. The hotel is 16th century and beautifully restored by the owners who are v hands on, providing a personal service. Our room (17) was the 4 poster bridal suite. We were lucky to get an upgrade. Massive and v comfortable bed. Accessible shower, wardrobe and dressing space. We really enjoyed dining here. Food was exceptional i- try the skate if available. Highly recommend Random Hall

Full of character, friendly staff, comfortable well-equipped room, excellent evening meal & breakfast at a very reasonable price. Comfortable bar area with open fire. If I had one criticism it would be a lack of a hand-pulled real ale!

The owner and staff were amazing. nice and friendly. My only suggestion is to add air conditioning to the rooms as when it is hot it is necessary and opening the windown on the ground floor is not an option. Very pretty place and well maintened.

I can not fault this establishment in any way! I was greeted by the night manager, she helped carry my bags to room, whilst I wasn’t hungry she served me drinks and kept me company in the bar where she could. The venue itself was stunning, looked newly decorated, but was exceptionally clean! My bed and double room was extremely comfortable with everything I needed. Also, breakfast the next morning was superb! The best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had!! I travel to Sussex a lot for work and will only stay here going forward!

This hotel is only a few miles from our home, but we love it's charm. The food is wonderful and the owners are updating and improving the hotel. Sine our last visit 4 EV charger have appeared !

Amazing hotel which has been recently refurbished to a very high standard. Bedrooms and bathrooms beautiful and spotlessly clean. Lovely restaurant and a superb breakfast. Welcoming staff

All the staff were friendly and welcoming and did everything to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Our room was spacious and very comfortable and the breakfast delicious. We cannot criticise anything. Highly recommendable.

Absolutely lovely place the staff were so friendly, the food was amazing they have one really good chef. The rooms were good , very close to main road if your a light sleeper.ask for a room at the back. Would definitely stay again We were made to feel at home, nothing was to much trouble and we were even told about the history of the hotel.

This was an unexpected find. I was expecting "normal" 3 star . I got a lovely clean room nicely decorated, very friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. If I was staying in or near horsham again I wouldn't look any further than the Random Hall...it was lovely.

Over the course of the last couple of years I've stayed in over 200 hotels throughout the UK for work. Random Hall is probably the best I've stayed in. Other hotels may have bigger rooms or bigger bars, but doubt any can beat the wonderful food or the service on offer here. Made to feel welcome straightaway at check in, then ate a wonderful meal accompanied by a couple of locally brewed excellent beers. The hotel, a circa 16th century converted farmhouse is in a gorgeous location and is very quiet at night, making for an excellent night's sleep. Have already recommended it to all my work colleagues when staying in the area. Many thanks to Richard and his wife and team for the pleasant stay

Very quaint and beautifully presented property with excellent hosts. The rooms were immaculate and the food was delicious! I would definitely recommend to others and I hope weddings will return there soon!

Very pleasant stay in a quiet location, enjoyed drinking in the evening sun under the willow trees. Dinner was competitively priced and ok.

Nice newly refurbished rooms albeit a little tight, easy parking. Lovely duck pond and cottagey feel to the grounds. A comfortable and relaxing bar area. Freshly cooked breakfast to order. All in all a great place to stay if exploring the area.
