I love this hotel. First of all, really clean everywhere. Each staff who I met friendly and helpful. Easy to get from Leipzig Hbf (Central station). Breakfast was good. Bed was comfy for me(I do not like really soft bed mat) .Only negative things for me was No kettle in the room, or I could get hot water from reception. If they have a fridge in my room it would be great. I will stay this hotel again.

Staff was very helpful, enter by the bikes by the europacar rental place if you dont want to walk to far to drop off your suitcases, then you can park at the train station it was very safe

Run from this hotel. There are numerous other hotels within walking distance from this one that are MUCH BETTER. This is an overpriced hotel with no amenities. We had a room with two bunk beds, and that’s all this room had! No closet, no table, no chairs, no safe, no kettle for tea or coffee, and they don’t even offer complementary tea or coffee in the lobby. AN OVERPRICED HOTEL. We only stayed two nights, and moved to Best Western which is across the road for 4 nights.

Amazing value for the price. Very neat, clean room. Quiet. Bed was great. Next to the train station and to e-scooters. Will stay there next time I go to Leipzig.

The hotel is nice and just as new. Clean rooms and its at all satisfactory besides one thing - the so called restaurant. The service was as expected, good. The food was not good at all. Half of the things on the menu was not available att all. The pasta was overcooked. The chickenburger ok, prices all to much! The personell is doing what they can with the things that they have at their hands. I would never call this a restaurant, no!

I love the location, a 30 second walk to the train station. The entire property is updated and very clean. The room was very quiet and comfortable. Excellent breakfast every morning as well. The staff could not have been nicer! Very courteous and helpful!

It will be great for the hotel to provide basic toiletries i.e. toothpaste & toothbrush in the room. Also to build a glass door to cover the shower so that the whole toilet will not get wet every time after shower because there is no glass door to block out the shower water.
Location is excellent as it is just right next to the train station. Very clean and nice breakfast spread.

Awful hotel. Air conditioning doesn’t work and they didn’t offer fans or help. No fridge or water in room. Falsely advertise bikes available- no amenities like gym, pool, bike etc. breakfast is the same every morning and doesn’t look fresh.

Room is very basic and small. Does not have a fridge, iron, or kettle for coffee. Does not have charging port for phones make sure to take wall connector. Front desk controls AC unit. Breakfast was good, had a good variety. Hotel next to train station and walking distance to Public Plaza. Not good for long vacation. Front desk was very helpful and nice.

Appears to be a very new hotel. Everything was clean. Great breakfast buffet. We were able to walk to most areas or the tram was 5 min from hotel.

Great location just beside the train station. It’s a newer property so everything is in good condition. The rooms are small but that’s to be expected in Europe. It’s very quiet. Even the A/C is silent. The included breakfast is excellent. We were a bit surprised though that the bathroom amenities did not include facial tissues! I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel with an excellent staff, friendly and efficient. Breakfast is good but could be a little better but I come from an American perspective. I went to my friends hotel down the street and had a better breakfast. Just a couple of little things make a difference I found....

The H2 met our needs perfectly. Two adults and two teenagers found the 4 person room (the boys loved the bunks!) just right for our needs. The room is not large but efficiently and smartly designed. Good lighting. Across the street from the Hauptbahnof but not noisy. Great breakfast!
