This was my 4th stay at this Hotel. Last stay, it was called 3 Rivers INN. The location is good. The staff was Friendly and Helpful. I was not expressed with the Continental Breakfast, very few options. The Elevator only went to the 2nd floor and had to take the stairs to the 3rd floor. Which was ok. I Didit mind that.

The only problem is the WiFi, to bad and no cellular service inside the rooms

This place is disgusting. There is black mold all over the ceiling of the bathroom. There was urine on the toilet and floor. The cheap towels had hair on them. When the shower was turned on rusty colored water came out. The bathroom door will not close because it was out of square. The pillows had the stuffing falling out of the ends. When you lay on the bed, you can feel the springs protruding through the mattress. The coffee pot was missing half the parts and could not be used.
The staff at the front desk was very rude as well. Never Again!

Can’t say anything good about this place. Dirty bed sheets, wet and dirty towels, food and dirt all over the floors, and no water pressure. Oh and it says free breakfast but make sure you bring something since they really don’t have breakfast and DON’T open the breakfast room refrigerator - just don’t….

Front desk was unnecessarily difficult and condescending which resolved when my husband came in. Then asked for “extra” personal information “to make sure” the reservation belonged to us—which it did but was not prepaid. Room and facilities were clean.

It was ok but i think motel 6 is better. I cant stand staying in a room with a door between another room.. creepy.. everything looked like it was but and painted cheaply..oh well. I atill have a month here but ill be staying somewhere else

We asked the desk clerk if there were restaurants nearby. He said McDonalds will deliver. We saw a pizza flyer on the checkin desk and asked if they deliver; he said he didn't know, we should try McDonalds. He gave us the wrong code for the internet. When I got the right code, I found lots of restaurants in a 10-15 minute drive. Breakfast was horrible. Stale toast or waffles.

I walk in the lady behind the window sees me and then turns her head she turn I’m waiting at least 10 mins to check in. Then get room 314, the tile beside the tub is all broken 😡 then the wood stopper between the bathroom and the rest of the room is broken as well. I mentioned to staff abd they said they were completely booked so they wouldn’t be able to move me. Mentioned they would speak to the manager to see what could be done upon checking out I mentioned it again and the gentleman just blew it off!!! Something needs to be done

I love that the room and hotel stood up to the awesome reviews I read. The staff was welcoming and nice. It was close to my home and other activities I had planned for the day and I definitely will be returning.

my room smelled like mildew it was hard to go to aleep with the strong smell, had to go to store late at night to buy air freshener, it was evident that this hotel was built with the cheapest materials available

I stay at the Crystal Inn during my fishing trips to Keith Lake. It meets all my needs. A clean room, cold A/C, and something to eat in the morning. The staff are friendly and the room rates are reasonable. Also there is decent parking for my boat.

You get what you pay for. Dont book at desk check online prices they wont honor online prices and they say the renovations( that are going on) are the reason why. The feont desk attendant is less than friendly when asked about accommodations couldnt get an answer a nice cleaning lady answered for him.

The place was nice. The bathtub eqs dirty. Had water line around the inside of tub that was dirty as well as the tub. The towel were very dingy and there was no hot water. It was very tipid. Behind the bayhroom door there was some stains on the wall that should uave been wiped off.
Door need to be insulated, can see light from the hallway very clearly. Some of the plugs didn't work. Toilet sits on the ground. Not suitable for people that are tall. It was very quiet, which was nice.

We were able to relax and the hotel staff was accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was well balanced and the hotel was clean and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The property it shelf does not look bad. The facility is in good condition at least the part that in not under construction. However, the HOUSE KEEPING is awful. During my stay, the room was never cleaned not even the bed was made. Had no soap to wash hands, and NO Towels. Bedding was dirty. I asked to have it clean the next day and it did not happen. Trash can was not emptied daily. Room was left dirty, housekeeping did not even bother to pick up a death roach that was death on the floor.
