Rooms were small. The staff was friendly.

Every one was so friendly and couldn't do enough to make our stay an enjoyable one, especially the ladies in the restaurant at breakfast time and on reception

breakfast wasn’t to my liking. Not enough choice. limited being intolerant to dairy. No hot food left when we came for breakfast. hence why we only had it one day would have been nice to have kettle in room

Breakfast buffet was more than we expected. It was just excellent. Super clean. Duck feather pillows. Similing people. The garden was my favourite place. Playroom was my 3-year old daughter's favourite. Special soaps for kids and free coffee/tea the whole day was so kind, so precious. Thank you very much

100 out of 10🥰 Everything was perfect. Hotel is very close to tram station where you can take tram to main train station and old center as well. STaf was also kind and cheerfull.

The hotel staff were very thoughtful about my late (1.30am) arrival time and I was greeted personally by the very friendly gentleman on reception. The bottles of water, soft drinks and a beer in the complimentary mini-bar were a very welcome bonus. The reception area was very light and comfortable, with access to tea and coffee and plenty of places to sit and work, if necessary, and I was very glad of the late check-out time.

Free push bikes to cruise around Basel and down the Rhine. Free mini bar and hot drinks all day around was a big bonus. My son also liked the fruit and sweets near the front counter too. Was very simple to get to from main station too!

a very warm welcome and very accommodating with arrival and departure, especially with the car Parking Space. Great location as well and a wonderful breakfast.
