Good location, amazing breakfast and very nice staff. The room was big enough and comfortable for few days stay.

Great location! The guesthouse is next to the actual hotel which allows you to save money but still have access to the main hotel. The room was small but all I needed as i was by myself. The staff was very helpful with great recommendations. Definitely worth a stay

It is next to the main property so slightly louder but ear plugs work great!

The room was cozy and nice, the view from the balcony at Matterhorn was pure magic - especially in the morning. Breakfast was very good, home made bread was delicious, the staff was very kind and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay.

The bathroom was a little bit small, but thumb up for natural soap and shampoo :)

Breakfast was excellent and included in the price. Homemade organic bread from the on premise bakery was so good. Many options from which to choose - all delicious. Scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, bacon, meat and cheese assortment, multiple yogurts, home made granola, many toppings, many jams, several types of homemade breads, etc. Free transportation to and from the train station by electric transport vehicle. Excellent dinners with healthy options and homemade bread at the hotel steakhouse. Extremely helpful staff with all questions. On-site spa but didn’t have time to use it.

It is a guesthouse provided by the rex. As it is not part of the main hotel there are some disadvantages to it. However, you will get to have great Breakfast at the main hotel. Freshly baked breads and marmelade, chocolate etc.

Very tiny bathroom. The balcony was bigger than the bathroom.

Breakfast was great and everyone who worked at the hotel was genuinely so lovely and helpful, no matter that we were just staying at the guesthouse rather than the more expensive main hotel. The room was very clean and the hotel is well located! Free train station transfers are a lovely touch.

The room was expensive, but this is compared to other resorts. It is good value for Zermatt! Room could do with a few more amenities such as a coffee machine, drinking glasses and kettle.
