Absolute fantastic experience, not to be missed in Sri Lanka. The safari was a blast, the naturalists were so inviting and had a lot of knowledge. They made sure everything was super. Thanks so much 🙏🏾

I had no overview of what food and beverages I could order. Not a big point of critique but nice to know beforehand :)

At the borders of the national park, you already feel part of nature and its wonders. With that said, crew is treating you like their wonders. We also took the safari which was a very good combination, taking into account that the staff and guidance was very professional on that part too. It was the complete, very well arranged, full swing safari experience. Accommodations and the friendliest staff will make you feel extra special.

Although the total experience was great, we did think there is some improvement possible on the food experience.

The prices is cost high & not meet the value of the cost like ; 1- water is very weak & not warm in the bathroom , the toilet has some issue with flushing. 2- food is very expensive the one how eat meet same as the one how will eat vegetarian stuff. 20$/person ( they didn’t tell us the soda is with the package they charge us 1$ for cup with 200ml ) 3- there is not enough light ( candles ) you will be always lost your tint 4- they charge us 140$ for the safari trip but it wasn’t that great & for this amount you can enjoy 3 days in sirlanka with hotels & food - the car was not great as the one we saw others jeep better ( we did the safari in july 23 there were’t any animals that time )

The staff were so welcoming and attentive, they explained everything and we really felt looked after! We also got a family tent which was a great size and very comfortable (which we didn't expect). The meal was really nice for what we expected and we had a lovely evening- they even catered for me as a vegan.

I think they've gone a great job for glamping- we had no issues. We only stayed for one night though as if we'd stayed longer we may have run out of things to do.

the accommodation was really great clean and comfortable. The staff were fabulous thank you Avitka!! the night safari walk was great. Everyone was so welcoming friendly and knowledgeable about the surroundings and animals. thank you to Chamil for looking after us all night;)

Excellent location and facilities. Staying there was as memorable as the safari that they organised early morning.

Friendly Staff when we could find them. Enjoyed eating dinner in the candlelight by the lake. Close to Yala National Park (but not inside) - and safari was enjoyable. Staff changed our tent when issues were made aware to them.

The location is not where they say it is on Booking.com! This resulted in an additional 2 hour journey to the correct national park entrance which we had to take at our own expense of time and money. The tent leaked meaning the floor was sodden and shower did not work. No water pressure and when there was, the wall between the bed and shower leaked through causing the back of the bed to be wet. This is definitely a one night only experience as there is no activities to do when staying at the camp and seemed to be bo staff to contact during the day - there is a lounge spot but it would be nice to have a games area/bar - activities or reception desk to speak to. Overall we feel there could have been much better places to stay for the money in the area.

Located near the Yala National Park entrance. Very kind and helpful staff. The tends were very spacious. Good breakfast. Camp organised a night walk. Camp was very well organised and equipped. The naturalist for the safari was knowledged and useful.

Dinner was overpriced and BBQ meat was overcooked. Only very few elephants in Yala compared to other NP’s.

The place is very nice and authentic, the nature is all around you. The breakfasts and diners are delicious! Personal is very helpful!

the camp a little bit trascurated

It was the first time I stayed at glamping, great experience! Staff is very friendly.

Single bad was extremely small. For one night was all right, but no more. Old and rusty plumbing.

Everything is great. Very comfortable.

Check the amount on your credit card. It was $100 incorrect for us, but instantly fixed by helpful staff.

The staffs were amazing. Very friendly, helpful and attentive - making sure that we having everything covered. Thanks for the warm hospitality that made us feel like home.

We personally felt that the overall experience was overpriced for what we were getting for. We paid much more compared to staying in a 5 star hotel here in Sri Lanka. We don’t mind paying a premium but the entire experience was not even up to our expectations. Water was salty, we still felt dirty after taking a shower. Water pressure was quite low and on the first night, the water heater was not working so we had to shower with freezing cold water. There was no hairdryer as well. Ambiance could be better and the rooms were too dimly lit. Most of the time we had to turn on our phone’a torch light in the room cause it’s way too dark. Food selection could be better as well.

Safari tent style accommodation, all inclusive, nice experience. Foods were delicious, WiFi in the relaxation area.

Staffs were asking the same questions all the time, they have no communication at all. Room a bit dark, average cleanliness, no hairdryer, perhaps the electrical outlet not support the high power.
