Quiet area close to Playa Chica, a good spot for swimming, snorkling and diving. Lot's of divers, fun to look at :) Nice walk by the sea to the older parts of Puerto del Carmen. Sea view from balcony. Patio good for hanging wet swim equipment. Dated but clean.

A bit dated inside out (but they are fixing the exterior at the moment). Apartement had a strange layout (we slept in the bedroom next to the patio, the other bedroom felt like a basement). Cockroach in the fridge... (the door was hard to close guess that's how it sneaked in...).

The size and layout of the apartment were lovely, balcony overlooking the beach, very clean, very central location, quiet location, check-in staff were very helpful.

Honestly really disappointed that sun loungers were shown in photos but not available in the apartment. Really put a downer on our holiday as we booked based on photos.

The location was good its in a quieter part but close enough to walk to the main strip where its livelier. Also it was good that the hotel costa vulvan lets people staying in guanaram use the facilities there.

No air conditioning or fans in apartments

Booked for my husband and friends at short notice. I thought I might have questions and issues when they checked in, but they were able to check in early and loved the location and apartments.

Great location

Picked the keys up from a Hotel nearby only 3 minutes walk to the property. Apartment very clean and tidy with a good view over rooftops to the sea. Only a two minute walk to the nearest beach and 2 minutes to shops, Old Town and the main strip.

Only had single beds in the apartment, but this was as advertised. Apart from that everything was very good. Bit of noise from next door apartment but nothing untoward.

No wi-fi would be a deal breaker for me so would not book again.could go to parent property to use pool and their Wi-Fi about 4 min walk.

No wifi at the property no cleaning or clean towels for three days. Got them on the third day after complaining

The apartment was very spacious and there were two terracess and two bathrooms. A lots of space and a little kitchen.

There was no internet in the apartment!!!! Only in the main building 200 m away. Nothing to wash the dishes with. The cleaners came only Once during our 4 night's stay and didn't even really clean up. I would se there's No cleaning service.
