The size of the apartment, the view, the clean pool, the utilities, coffee machine and equipment

The beds were uncomfortable, no AC as too hot, but other than that it was perfect a real home from home

The fantastic view

We stayed in the Pedrassa Gran 1 flat, and loved the spacious living areas, the terrace(s) and of course the wonderful pool. Three separate rooms with adjoining bathrooms works really well while going on holiday as a parent couple with two teenagers, and could have been great as well even if they had taken a friend or partner along. Plenty of room to relax for all of us. I never met the host but communicated via WhatsApp- always quick and helpful replies. The Cala Santanyi area is off the most beaten tourist track and has a lovely independent atmosphere - not much bar nightlife but a few good restaurants with beach view. Both Torre Nova and the area can be greatly recommended 😀

Beautiful place with a stunning view, listening to the waves and birds in a well kept garden with many details to explore the home made art, super-friendly hosts who make sure all is there and answer any questions. All was very clean and I loved the bowl with lemons picked from the garden waiting for me. The beach is 5 minutes by foot and there are many amazing views from the cliffs surrounding the area. Restaurants were closed due to covid restrictions, but the beach bar had also great food and the possibility for take away. I will defenetively come back and can recommend for anyone to try :)

There was some construction noise coming from the house opposite the cliffs. Was not bad and just more obvious as it is so quiet otherwise.

The location is fabolous, if your looking to explore the area (and there is lots to explore here) this is a great spot!! The garden is magica, the view top and the Appartement has everything you need. Even an indoor pool and gym (which we in the end didn’t use)

The interior is not super pretty, but you’ll hardly spent time at home. And it’s clean and nice so in the end didn’t bother us.

Location was excellent. Pool was excellent, we loved having our own designated area of the pool side. The beach was amazing with the bars around it meant that it was excellent in the day or night.

The lack of air-conditioning was a shame. The walk back from the beach was very steep so not ideal for someone older.

If we could give a higher rating than 10 (12) we would give it to them. Everything was beyond our expectations and the hosts were awesome. Highly recommended - Close to beach, view was incredible, spa was very nice, Facilities were well stocked
