Hemos.llegado. Las 00:30am de la noche el xhixo de recepción bien .. pero la habitación pésima se escucha todo el ruido de las personas que entran la recepción esta a medio metro de la habitación y se escucha todo el ruido de la calle los coches las personas hablar etc...

Al entrar a la habitación se escucharba todo de la calle y de recepción y luego quería encender el aire acondicionado y no iba nose podía cambiar a ningún otro modo si no calor ... es el peor hotel que estado...

Nos dieron una villa superior a la que habíamos reservado por ir de aniversario. El personal de recepción nos aconsejó sitios para visitar, restaurantes etc

The water slides and pools were great for the kids (6yrs, 11yrs 13yrs)

The apartment was a good 15 minutes walk from the reception, bars, restaurantes within the complex. Food was very repetitive for lunch and evening meals.

The pool s where great staff very friendly the food was really bad thd shop way over priced and its miles from any where

This is a fabulous resort. The staff are diligent and friendly. The food is buffet style , lots of fresh vegetables and fruit. The animation team are very talented and work very hard.

The on-site shop is very expensive. Too much plastic is used at the bars.

Very well equipped. Accommodation has everything you need and if you're missing anything, it can be got for you. We needed a highchair, a microwave and a second cot and they were delivered within minutes of asking. Kids loved it, Crater Park is great, they never got bored. The shining star here is the staff. From reception staff to cleaners are so polite and helpful. The activity staff are brilliant. They are upbeat all the time. The kids loved them. They get involved and make sure no kid is left out (my eldest can be shy in crowds and 3 seperate times they encouraged her to get involved)

Only downside is how far it is from a town (walking) but we rented a car and ha no problem getting to and from the area. Supermarket on site is expensive but is pretty well stocked.

The food at times

The Location is amazing but a car is vital. The Villas are great value. The Waterpark is great for the kids. Mavericks restaurant is nice for a casual meal but the menu is quite limited and a little overpriced.

The Kids Club needs more structure and planning to keep the kids interested in the activities, but in saying that the twice daily is great to keep the kids busy. Mini Market is way overpriced. We did not try the half-board or full-board options so we cannot review!

Very quiet to be relaxed. Apartment was clean when I arrived and you can cook as you have all equipment to cook etc.

Is a 4 star hotel”” so more cleaning should be done. I’ve been almost two weeks and after being 4 days the cleaner came, she got scared and she said I’ll come back and never came. We had to ask for toilet paper as never restock. They came to tidy up and change towels one day before we left so no point… they did not clean as we were cleaning, so they just remade the beds as we did but not as perfect as they usually do. The place is nice if you want to relax but is a bit far from everywhere. You will need a car. Also the hotel is apart, so you will need to walk to go inside the hotel. Food not really good, just bored. If you want a to have a 4 star hotel you will need to have proper food to make people go more often as your place is too far… a deposit of £200 when you go, but the guy was French and did not know how to speak Spanish, so I just understood paying attention, but he did not explain everything very well. We spoke English and very little Spanish as he was practicing and was new. He was a nice guy. A bit rude the Rumania girl that is in the buffet area. In general for price etc I would give a 7.5 of 10 so it’s ok if you have a car and you want to be 4 people as very cheap when I went now in may!

Maybe more ways of entertaining the guests like more pool tables or ping pong tables where people were queuing.

Excellent villas, clean and well equipped. Splash park onsite was excellent for kids all ages, lifeguards were spot on ensuring safety etc... Staff were very polite and helpful. Animation team were superb with the kids. Plenty of on site activities. The accomodation was a superb base to explore the North of the Island.

Air conditioning slightly tempremental (didn't mention this to the staff in all fairness, so they didn't have the opportunity to fix it) The area around the large origo mare sculpture (well away from the main areas of the park) had broken glass which could be dangerous with very young kids running around.

Location

Lack of cleanliness. At breakfast, plates, cups, glasses, everything was dirty. Poor quality in the ingredients for breakfast. One time we open a butter to find it with mold!!! Pool overcrowded. Too small for so many people. Staff looked tired and overwhelmed. You have to clean the kitchen or they will charge you extra.

I liked the pool and facilities. Villa was comfy and clean. Glad I had a car.

It was away from a town and a pharmacy so for sun burn and anything else without a car it's not perfect. But insite has loads otherwise and they run free busses which would be great. Only shop onsite for miles and was very expensive. But had good options.

Lots of space used well. 2 bed villa compact yet fit for purpose. Plenty of activities and something for everyone.

Would have been nice to have at least a couple of deck chair/recliners for the terrace.
