The apartments were of a high standard and contained everything needed for a comfortable stay. Very convenient location next to a beautiful park. The hosts were responsive and helped with my requests for long parking in the underground parking.

The apartment is spacious, well equipped, clean and well maintained. All the staff are very courteous and extremely helpful. Very highly recommend!

Nothing major to be honest. However, it is slightly away from the main areas of the city (but well connected with public transport). secondly, It doesn’t have a washing machine.

The appartment was very spacious, with lots of windows. New and comfortable. Also it was clean and warm. Special thanks for having coffee capsules :)) The kithchen had dishwashing machine capsules, dish washing liquid, sponge, trap, tee towel, paper towels, several pots, 2 big pans, etc. Big bathroom with both huge shower cabin and bath tub. Very good towels, shower gels, shampoos, soap, kleenex, etc.

The bed needs to be fixed. If you sit on the right side of the bed it fells inside. I got hurt several times. Please send someone to fix it. A couple of bowls would be helpful in the kitchen.

Excellent apartment, really spacious and comfortable, new house, inside all you need is there. Super smooth check-in thanks to clear instructions. We liked it so much that we added two extra days for our stay. Super nice and very responsive management, special thanks to Mr Rogner. I was so happy that my wife has chosen this apartment. Location is top, after many years staying in the centre we enjoyed this residential area much much. Very quiet, located almost in the park, at the same time perfect transport connections and infrastructure, all you need is a stone throw away. Munich is not big, so our car stayed in the garage all the time, while we went by feet or used public transport. I recommend this instead of driving, as parking is a problem. Speaking of which 10 EUR a day for underground parking in the same house (you can book this directly with the property) is very good price. By comparison you pay min 25 EUR a day in the centre, perhaps these days even more. Needless to say we will return to this place, when again in Munich.

Nice, spacious, comfortable, and clean apartment in a wonderful residential area not far from the center. Close to grocery, a nice cafe, restaurants, green spaces, and public transportation.

It would have been nice to have some basic necessities for the kitchen e.g., sponge for dish washing, salt, pepper, olive oil. The locks are tricky. It’s meant to be innovative but we always end up needing to fiddle with it to get it to work. Unfortunately not the most intuitive.

Easy connection to the downtown. Calm surroundings.

Apartment roomy and light. Facilities were ample. I shall use the apartment again.

Torn bedsheet when I arrived. Took a while for the housekeeper to change it.

It feels like home. Having an entire flat with enough space for the kids to play while preparing meals is very convenient and priceless. Perfect conditions for traveling with an infant. Super friendly and helpful staff that responded very quickly. Area is quiet, and everything close by (supermarket, restaurant, park, playground). Next time we come to Munich, we will definitely stay again here.

Great location - quite central near the Olympia Park

The apartment was clean and tidy. It is bright, spacious, well equipped, and quiet. A supermarket and some restaurants/cafes right next to it. The communication with the host was great and fast. Ralph was very nice and made us feel welcome in Munich. Nothing was missing, we got everything we needed on time. Check in and check out super easy. We will definitely come back!

An upscale and safe area for families, with all the services of restaurants and a supermarket

Great location: near Olympiapark and close to a smaller park (perfect for dogs), next to bus and tram, great apartment: high ceilings, spacious rooms, nice and spacious bathroom, good internet connection, convenient kitchen. And... washing the clothes was not too expensive (2 €)

It would be good to have a toaster, larger mugs and a little more dishes, cutlery and glasses. We hardly used the dishwasher, because we needed the few pieces permanently.
