Absolutely beautiful location, amazing view and very reasonably priced.

Absolutely nothing

We chose this property for the location and the view. Staying in the Old Town and right on the city wall with a sea view was very unique and enjoyable. The price was very reasonable and the property was mostly as described. It was quiet as this part of Old Town is not busy at all. We parked at the paid lot that was just a 5 minute walk away, which is nice when dragging luggage over cobblestones! Parking cost around $12 per day. The property manager was very responsive during our stay. The apartment was missing a blow dryer when we arrived, and he promptly provided one on request. Then there was a massive rain and wind storm and the windows leaked considerable water all over the floor while we were sleeping. He quickly provided towels to mop up the mess. We appreciated his quick response! The view is really, really amazing. The bed was comfortable enough. The kitchen had everything we needed for simple breakfasts. It was very fun to enjoy the city at night, then walk a short distance back to our accommodations. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay!

Staying in such an old building has pluses and minuses. The experience is definitely unique. But it has it drawbacks that you should know before booking. This unit has very basic furnishings. Comfortable, but nothing fancy. It was mostly clean, but there was considerable dust and some hair in all the corners. The bathroom is very, very small and it started to smell during the rainstorm. Perhaps the sewers were affected with the rain. Both windows leaked A LOT during the rainstorm. This shouldn't be a problem if it's sunny, like it usually is. We never actually saw the property manager. He provided a code for the key when we arrived. We missed being greeted by someone at check in. The personal service and local recommendations is always appreciated. There is no shower soap, shampoo or conditioner provided, only hand soap at the bathroom sink. There was dish soap too, but it was so watered down it wasn't really soapy.

The view is beautiful and the location is ok if you want to wander the city

The apartment is old and smells like mold, and we found a few cockroaches too. The bathroom and front door doesnt close. The furniture is outdated. Not clean. No bedsheet. No kitchen towels. The owner wasnt helpful at all. We had a feeling that whole apartment is leaning towards the sea and its not very pleasant. Not good value for the money..

The location and the view from the apartment were perfect.

It's extremely loud, you hear every step and every word from the neighbors above (which is also a holiday apartment). We were woken up several times every night. The sounds from the street can get quite nerve-racking too. The parking situation is problematic if you have a lot of luggage, you pay a lot of money to be able to park close by. The bed is really uncomfortable, it's sagging and should be replaced with a proper one in my opinion.

Exceptional location with the sea view in the old city center, clean room, friendly host, kitchen facilities in a good condition

It would be good to add additional blanket to the room. Overall, everything is great

I loved the view it's like you are inside the sea. And from in front of the window, you can take a taxi boat to Amarin beach which is an amazing beach

The bed was kind of broken and leaning on one side. I felt myself sliding on it while trying to sleep. We stayed for a week and no one came to collect trash or change towels. The staff weren't nice, didn't allow us to check early or even leave the luggage. However, we had to check out exactly on time and they were very pushy. The furniture is making noises like almost broken and bathroom door is not closing. Not very pleasant

The view and the location ate perfect.

It was as expected. It is a perfect place for a short stay, small and plain.
