The staff was outstanding, friendly, attentive and willing to help you find places arrange trips and to drive you to places if you’re unsure. Being an older traveller, the local Uber was downloaded and the local food delivery company was also downloaded for me. The hotel was very clean and shaded places outside for us to sit quietly.

The staff were extremely hospitable. The property inside and out is beautifully decorated. The A/C is super cold. Nice serene atmosphere.

The kitchen closes at 6:30pm. Fortunately, the rooms are equipped with a refrigerator, so you can bring a late night snack.

I had an exceptional stay at Koko Palm Inn. The staff members and owner are very welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much for them to accommodate you! The food was great, the rooms were exceptionally clean and the atmosphere inviting to say the least! I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It was like being from home to home.The pool was the iceing on the cake!

When you travel a full day, this is what you want to greet you! Just 15 mins from the airport! When we got off the plane and collected our bags, Samson was waiting for us holding a "Koko Palm" sign. This was a delight to see after traveling 21 hrs. Great customer service throughout! Upon arrival, Elizabeth was simply amazing, warm, and welcome! It smelled so fresh upon entering into the hotel. Henry had our bags up and ready for us by the time we were done checking in. The rooms were clean, the water was hot and the beds were extremely comfortable! Outside is a beautiful green space to relax and a bar. The next day, Jeff, the owner, made us a KP sunrise, which is Koko Palm's signature cocktail drink. Don't let the size of this drink fool you, It packs a powerful punch! Upon leaving, Jeff gave us a list of places to visit while we were in Accra. Way to welcome us into beautiful Ghana!

We were a party of five and were surprisingly impressed that the property is finished and presented to quite a very good standard that the photos hasn't done it justice. The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable with lush towels, and tea and coffee making facilities which add a lovely touch. Plus, the morning breakfast outside under the Gazebo was cool and relaxing. Also, we were rather moved that the manager Jeff responded promptly to messages and was waiting after-midnight to check us in because our flight was severely delayed. He and his team provided water and utensils so we could make a few quick microwave dinners in our room that night because all the restaurants were already closed. So, after our exhausting travels and arriving past midnight the service felt like they truly went the extra mile to personally assist us in settling in for some much need rest.

There are a few excellent options for breakfast ie English, Hausa and American that are available but the list falls short without a vegan option. We were disappointed because I was left without breakfast that was included with the accommodation and was asked by the waitress to pay extra for porridge, bake beans, toast and coffee which more or less constitute a vegan breakfast. So, our one suggestion is that hopefully arrangements could be implemented for a vegan option in the future to possible cater for guests with this dietary choice.
