It waz terrible. There were Roaches in bed and refrigerator.

the room appeared clean, however, killed of 5 roaches during the 1 night stay. had to sign a statement confirming no smoking in the room, ok, did that. however the walkways and parking lot were littered by hundreds of cigarette butts, like nobody has swept the walkways in months.

Totally filthy inside and out on the balcony or the room above, creating a musty, moldy smell in the room floor was covered with dirt and filth. The bathroom floor was wet look like possible leak under the sink the bed we had one dirty moist bath towel in the room for two people that was total for the towels wash clothes, it looks like a lot of people are long-term and the curb sidewalk along the parking lot. The ashtray just filthy loud music playing at 3:30 in the morning with a parking lot party going on.

This place is a dump with bunch of unsavory people living there causing domestic violence problems. It’s not safe place for people traveling with their families. The office along is run down and smells like a tobacco factory. I can imagine what the rooms look like. The pictures on the website is very misleading to say the least. I refused to stay there even for one night. Third only good thing was I was refunded my deposit. I’ve stayed at some nice red roofs before and this place is truly horrible. It should be torn down imo.

Red Foof Inn people have to check this place and closed , The hotel should be cleaned all around and the hallways are very dirty, full of food remains, cigarettes and fumigated, it has flukes and spiders . very bad 3 nights .

ROACH MOTEL. DEATH MOTEL. This Place needs to be torn down!!! Soiled lines, baby and flying roaches outside and inside the unit. Busted up furniture. A/C leaking into the room. The room was so horrible I went downstairs to complain we checked out and didn’t even stay the night. I refused to lay my head on those yellow pillows. Be sure to check your room in a 1hr time frame after that you aren’t eligible to get a refund back. I was beyond disgusted. Even had dead

Air conditioner poor , no towels in room had toi go and ask for them, stains on my bed sheets, just had to put up with it for I had to go to bed I was tired

The property was very unkept and nasty. I had to purchase towels to accommodate my stay. The room wasn’t clean the three days that I was there. The stairway has cigarette butts and very nasty and could be pressure washed. Trash had accumulated and was flowing over simply one word nasty.

I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room was not as depicted in the photos – it was dirty, old, and I felt unsafe during my stay. There were cockroaches, and the towels seemed unclean. I couldn't sleep and had to buy my own sheets to feel somewhat comfortable. You must eliminate this hotel of your list
This was my first time staying at [Hotel Name], and it will definitely be my last. I cannot recommend this hotel to others.

It was a place to sleep. Hotel is in a very high traffic area so travel was frustrating. The shower curtain rod was broken on one side so the floor was soaked after every shower. There was 4 of us and only 2 towels/wash cloths were supplied. No sort of breakfast/coffee was served so we outsourced everything. Shopping centers & restaurants were close by if you could get to them with the traffic. Eglin AF base was close by. Beaches were only about 30 min drive away. Overall not too bad for the price. Be ready to pay a deposit on top of the room rates as hotels.com doesn't state this when booking.

Other guests were loud throughout the evening/night. Police showed up multiple times to deal with disturbances throughout the weekend. Rooms were minimally cleaned, I ended up buying my own cleaning supplies and giving everything a much needed wipe down. Office staff was extremely friendly and seemed to be trying their best despite the situations that arose. Best wishes to the crackhead downstairs who decided to fight dragons at 5am on a Saturday morning.

Property is unkempt, cigarette butts everywhere. First Saturday night people were loud and partying with loud music until 4 in the morning.

Our room had a broken telephone, dirt on the bed, the tv remote did not work, the tv wouldn’t volume down. The room reeked of fabuloso cleaner… and the hardwood/laminate floors turned my husbands feet BLACK! We ended up leaving at midnight because of the inability to relax and enjoy our stay because of the other guests that we’re allowed to have 3 extremely loud speaker running.

There wasn’t any place for our second suitcase and there wasn’t any hangers in the closet.

Room was not that clean. Comforter looked unwashed and stained. Bathtub looked rough and needed maintenance. Ice maker in hallway did not work.

When i opened the door 2 roaches was crawling on the floor we had 2 towels with a party of 3 no blow dyer pillows were very small and flat the beds were hard as rocks request a non smoking you could smell the smoke and the people down stairs fought all night long yelling and screaming will not stay at this hotel again
