Good breakfast. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Great place to stay.

Enjoyed my stay as the staff was extremely friendly, and the room was surprisingly comfy with all the amenities. The TV was extremely nice and it had smart TV capabilities with all of my favorite TV apps

It was okay. It was not filthy but could have been cleaner and seems to be getting run down. Windows looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years.

It's an older hotel. But it is kept clean and the staff is very accommodating. The breakfast buffett is well stocked with plenty of choices. Also convenient to gas station and places to eat.

The BEST part was the soft bed. My back did not hurt this morning and that was amazing! The worst part was the horrible musty, feet smell in the room. It’s been raining a lot in Owensboro and it’s very humid so all the smells were coming through. It was so bad I sprayed my perfume to see if it would help. The bathroom had a smell of old clothes that have been left in washer for days and are needing to be rewashed. There was rust on ceiling in bathroom too. The curtains and sheets had small holes, like peas size, and a few rust stains on sheets. The stains were so small I didn’t notice til I rolled over this morning and saw it in the pillow. I did tell front desk gentleman and he said he would look into smell. He was nice. I’m not sure I’ll stay again.

Stayed here for 2 nights. There were a couple of rowdies arrived at the hotel while we were there but the manager got it sorted quickly. Beds comfortable, rooms clean and pool area well maintained. We enjoyed our stay here. Manager was very personable and made a point of making sure that guests had everything they needed for their stay. We would recommend staying here of you are in the area.

The sheets & covers and mattress were filthy in room 114. The carpeting in room 100 was so filthy that my white socks looked like had walked on a dirt path. The room next to room 100 had noise levels that made it impossible to sleep. The office did call occupants that turned down music at 10:00 PM.

The hotel was convenient to everything. I was impressed by the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. I had no issues at all and would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Come to town for air show. Good location. Room a little "worn" but clean. Bed slept great. Would stay again.

Close to everything

The room was good. The bed was very comfortable but set very high. My wife had trouble getting in it, lol. The gentleman who checked us in was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Overall a good stay.

Overall, it was a great stay. The staff was very friendly. You could tell it has been somewhat recently updated as well and it was clean and comfortable. The only thing that I didn’t like was that my room adjoined with another. When I first checked in and was looking around, that door was unlocked (I thought is was a closet). It opened directly into the next room. Fortunately, no one was in there at the time. I didn’t like that it had been left unlocked though, as a woman staying there alone, that made me feel uneasy. Also, later that night, there were voices of what sounded like several men in that room and it was very, very loud, definitely not soundproof wall/door. Overall, it was a good experience and for the price, cleanliness and location, I would stay again.

This property was very clean and updated. Even our pet friendly room smelled clean and fresh. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Breakfast was a step up from typical hotel breakfast! We would definitely stay again and would recommend this hotel.

Nice property

Some of the rooms are really out dated. When we checked in we 1st had a room and the bathroom outlet did not work. Had I not needed it to get ready for an event it wouldn’t have been an issue. The desk staff was amazing and moved us right down the hall and it was a bit of an upgrade. Will stay again if in the area.

Off expressway

Average overall. There was water in the tub when I arrived. Shower curtain hung wrong so the curtain slid to the middle. Smoking staff member set off the fire alarm. Area was quiet and close to a lot.

This is a small independent hotel which serves the purpose for a quick stay. Nothing fancy, it is safe and quiet. The Breakfast is typical scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and yogurt. Nothing to sing praises about. The problem is that is very “dated” and in desperate need of some repairs and upgrades. The first time I stayed there was about 3 years ago while visiting family. Previously I stayed at one of the Marriot Courtyard hotels in town. The price difference was huge and since I just needed 1 night I stayed at this hotel. I was impressed that it was a quaint, clean hotel for the price. The King suites are big and confortable. However, 3 yrs later it is showing its age. It is still not a bad deal for $100 or less a night, but if they dont maintain or upgrade the facilities it will just be another “motel 6”

Comfortable, clean, good AC and shower. Building is a bit worn but that does not impact the in room comfort.

We had a fabulous dinner based on a recommendation at check in. The room was neat and clean. Beds were comfortable. Lots if hot water for showers!

Hotel is worn...tired...but clean and staff friendly...just fine for spending the night on the way elsewhere...

I’ll be calling Expida to get a refund…. We were in the hotel/ room tops 20 minutes. Photography & reviews must be staged b/c this is an “excellent “ rated hotel. Very disappointed ☹️
