The desk clerk was great, friendly, customer oriented. A dog friendly hotel, great location when traveling to another destination

It was ok, but wouldn’t stay again. Not sure if the entire hotel is as equally disappointing, but we had to have a pet room on the main floor. I assume these rooms probably are not as well maintained because of potential pet damage. The room was obviously cleaned. The only thing that gave it an “yuck” feeling was the several long dark hairs on the white bedcover, could be from a customer or maybe it was tangled from the laundry. Any repairs looked like it was done my an inexperienced DYI homeowner. Really, the best part was the young man working the front desk. He was friendly, easy going and just a nice energy about him.

The front desk staff was very helpful. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Breakfast was good.

The hotel was everything we needed and nothing we didn’t need for an overnight stay while passing through. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Breakfast was included in our stay. Nothing fancy but a nice selection.

Window cleaning and vacuuming could receive more attention.

Our room was dirty- bedding was stained, there was an old cup of coffee on the floor by the chair, and it stunk like a wet basement.

I always like using a Comfort Inn. It is always a great experience and the people who work here are always friendly.

Everyone was very friendly and the breakfast was plentiful and a nice selection of both warm and cold options!

The only reason for the 2 star on comfort was , the new metal bedframes are an awful choice. Each time you sit / lay/ move on the bed the metal frame makes a loud noise. That makes it hard for a good nights sleep. I hope you rethink using them.

The hotel was very nice, as were the employees. However, one of the “upgrades” in the remodel they were just finishing was to eliminate box springs. The problem is they went to using a metal platform under the mattress. So…everyone we sat on or turned in the bed, we had to listen to the “gong” of the metal flexing.

They are updating the hotel. While it looks nice, there are some major flaws. Loudest bed ever. The mattress is comfortable but it’s on a metal plate. Every time you get in or out or move around, it sounds like thunder or a metal drum banging. Strangest hotel bed I’ve ever experienced. The bed is also high so the senior citizen I’m traveling with can’t get into the bed. She’s going to have to sleep in a chair. On the other hand, the toilet is so low that I have to help her get off of it. I would not stay here again.

They are in the middle of remodeling this hotel. They are putting all new flooring in all rooms.

We had to pay MN sales tax at the hotel before they would let us check in. We also paid the sales tax when the hotel was booked.

The bathroom and sheets just felt dirty still. Wasn’t a fan.

Better than expected!

First of all, check in was fine but when i get up to my room i couldnt get the key to work so i went back to the counter where nobodh was and i dialed 0 for assistance like the sign said to do and nobody answered and nobody ever came to help. Went back to the room finally got the door open and was very dissapointed. The pictures on the website make it look way nicer than what it was. It was just another dingy hotel room that i was fooled into paying way too much money for. Hotels.com make it seem so much nicer than what it is. The shower curtain goes way to far beyond the tub that the floor gets soaked when you shower and the toilet wouldnt flush and the room had barely been cleaned and made up, you can forget about the last time it had really been deep cleaned. And then at checkout time, my ride wasnt quite there yet so my daughter and i were sitting on the couch by the front doors when some lady came and asked if we were waiting for a ride, i told here they were almost there, she proceeds to ask me to call a taxi. Why do i need to call a taxi if my ride was almost there? Was she going to pay the taxi for my ride home, 2 hours away? I highly doubt it. I also tried to tell somebody about the issues with my room but nobody ever came back to the desk. I could have gotten the same room for $40 cheaper right down the road.

Staff very friendly. The stay was very pleasant. The room was very clean and king size bead very comfortable. The only problem was I got charged by Expedia and Comfort Inn for taxes. Taxes were on my bill from Expedia and Comfort Inn charged me an additional $11.21☹️

Bed was comfy. Room was clean. So was bathroom. Would stay here again.
