Super clean room, excellent customer service, room was like 5 star hotel quality

Overall good, especially the bathroom very new and clean. Stuff not very friendly.

Clean. This is a remodeled motel. They did a fantastic job. There is just parking. The room remodel is amazing. The AC unit was clean and quiet. The bed and shower are great. Iron microwave and fridge provided in a standard room.

Front desk manager was rude. Hotel room was basic but clean and adequate. Breakfast that is included is very basic, just some cereal and coffee

At first glance the room looked very clean but if you pay attention to detail like myself, you will see that the room isn’t that clean. The bath room and especially the shower need a deep clean.

So first off, this is a motel and not a hotel. Wasn’t clear from the posting but was surprised when I got there, but overall things went well. Check in and communication was good, room was clean and serviced every day. Just the basics in terms of amenities, definitely a 2 star hotel. Shower was pretty nice though. Nice waterfall shower with good pressure. Free parking was also a massive plus and always had plenty of space in the parking lot. It seems like it was maybe a run down motel before, someone bought it and put some money into cleaning it up a bit, and that’s that. I got a particularly bad room that’s basically in the parking lot, and paid too much. It also was basically daylight outside my window 24/7 because of the parking lot lights. You can see the photos of my room - that was at 3am. Overall, it was clean, good location, and nothing really to say bad about it. I think if they could replace the carpets and clean things up a bit more, it’s a pretty decent affordable option.

Excellent place to stay. Everything inside and out looks new and beautiful. Staff was very cheerful and helpful. Nice location. Short drive to the Shoreline Amphitheatre and several shops and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

I like this place, have stayed there a few times now. Nice staff, very clean rooms. The breakfast is nothing to write home about but it's better than nothing. I try to stay there every time work brings me to the area, its certainly a better place than several others I've tried on the same street.

Very clean, room recently refurbished. Maid service every day. Overall very good.

TV wasn't straight. Looks like poor workmanship. Very distracting.

This is a hidden gem. The rates are reasonable, the room was super clean. Very quiet but close to dining. Continental breakfast. I will stay here again.

Parking was an issue, friends and family can’t visit due to no parking space.

Clean and Quiet

Hotel Aria has the most comfortable beds and the best shower ever!! The staff are very kind, and my room was amazingly clean. The only downside was the uninspiring breakfast, but with downtown Mountain View just around the corner, it was easy to pick up something tasty.

Best hotel shower ever!

I booked a stay here for the weekend and the staff here made me sure to not book here again. I had a 2 bed (4 guests) room, and when I had 4 people in my room the lobby called me and threatened to call the police if i dont get everyone out. They kept mentioning that I could not have a party and we can not be loud in my room. Even when i said multiple times that I was not going to do that. Sure we were planning to have a few drinks in the room before we head to Downtown Mountain View, but we knew to keep the volume down because of the other guests at the hotel. They told me more than once that they could call the police on me, I would not get my deposit of $100 dollars back, and after I asked about visitor parking (which is 10$ for non resident guests), they said I couldnt have any other friends of mine parking in the lot - even if they pay the fee. The property was nice and the location is decent. But the treatment from the staff was terrible

It was pleasant experience to stay at hotel Aria. Simple but clean and convenient.

It’s a nice place. The shower has plenty of pressure. The pillows could be better. Bed is comfortable and there are plenty of places to eat.

The hotel overall is clean and beat. Unfortunately the room where we stayed was smelly and we have to keep the door open often.

Hotel Aria is always our hotel to stay at when we stay in Mountain View. Location is walking distance to downtown where all of our favorite restaurants are located. The staff is always very welcoming whenever we arrive or if we have any requests. I always recommend Hotel Aria.

Good for the cost, clean, nice shower.

It was really noisy and you can hear all the cars, and road construction happening outside the hotel room. I just couldn't sleep due to the noise.

They cancelled the reservation from expedia before I arrived and charged with their rates.So I have to pay more.It was unacceptable ethnically from the hotel.

For the first time, I got a place that the pictures matched. it has an 8 and I was still iffy but it worked out. The lady in the front was somewhat nice, and explained the extra charges right away. Wow, that's good to know because like no other. Like extra charge on stains like blood and food. The room was clean, my gosh, the bathroom shower super nice and water was strong. I am really impressed for 150 a night. I left early on check out due to work but overall so so good.

The room was the most spectacular brand new I don't think anyone else had even been In the room. I try to stay there when I travel to mT view for volenteer work I do with the homelessness feeding offer services for the county.
