Customer service at this hotel makes it worth the stay. The location makes it ideal in the downtown area since its within walking distance of the water, shopping, and quality pubs and eating establishments. The only complaint we had was the walls felt a bit thin and we could hear everything outside our door, making us wonder if everything could be heard inside our room from the hall. Parking in downtown is expensive, so be prepared for paying $36 to $43 Canadian per day if you use valet or a garage close by. Other than that, great stay and would recommend.

Absolutely lovely hotel. We had a double room on the 12th floor with an amazing city view. Floor to ceiling windows. Well appointed rooms with “slippers” excellent for pool use (outdoor but heated with hot tub) and a surprise in the bathroom fitted with a Japanese toilet! Great attention to detail right down to a tiny origami bird on the bed. Lovely restaurant/bar and friendly staff. We’ll be back!

We were supposed to stay two nights, but an airline issue got us there a day late. Unfortunately I had picked the non-refundable rate and didn’t get a refund for the first night. Hotel is very nice and Eric the concierge is great. He can help you out with anything.

Our stay was great. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
However, the bathroom needs a little work on their tiles along with a bar to enter and exit the shower to hold on to for extra safety measures.

Very convenient. There was no space to gather with friends though. No comfortable lounge area.

The Coast Coal Harbour is a modern hotel in a great location. Very walkable to many spots in downtown Vancouver. It was also a block away from one of the Hop On Hop Off stops. The hotel was clean and quite and the beds were very comfortable. I would definately stay there again.

It's convenient to cruise terminal.

Eric was wonderful. He helped us get tickets for the hop-on-hop-off bus and explained where we could get food and what area attractions are available. I felt very welcomed in this hotel. They took our luggage and stored it since we arrived too early from our cruise. Great hotel!

This is a good hotel with good size rooms which are clean and comfortable. The area around the hotel is great for cafes and restaurants and it is (obviously) well placed for Coal Harbour and Stanley Park. It is suitable for a short stay in Vancouver.

Very disappointed with Expedia that when needing to downsize room due to health issues. Could not do it with out a $199.00 charge. Would not book through Expedia again.

An average hotel with a good restaurant. Restaurant service was the only real negative. There ware homeless right outside doing drugs, but they did not bother us.

The pictures provided of the room did not. The room I thought I was purchasing seemed much more upscale. The room I got I could have purchased for half the price at another hotel.

Easy access to the waterfront and many nice restaurants and coffee shops in the area. Preston’s (hotel restaurant) was reasonably priced and food was good. Staff at front desk was pleasant and helpful.
