the location was excellent, right across the road from the beach. value for money - super cheap price for a room.

the bathroom wasn’t great. the shower blew up when I switched it on, although it got replaced the next day with one that worked. the room was basic but representative of the cost as it was so cheap.

Location, right on the beach and 10 min walk into town. Loads of bars and restaurants on the door step

Our best stay on Sri Lanka! Nice, comfortable room with spacious private bathroom and the terrace with ocean's view...Perfect location not only for those who want to spend time on the beautiful beach, have a nap in hammock and enjoy local beach bar selection. We rented bikes nearby and went for a trip, tuk tuks are everyehere if you need a transport or just a nice experience :) Closest shop is like 5 min from hotel and restaurants around serves really nice breakfast or offer a yoga classes. The standard of the room was much higher than we expected, for real. The host was so kind - he let us leave our stuff and enjoy the beach for few hours before our bus trip to Colombo with no fee or so. Please visit this place, you won't regret that! :)

We had a fan only room with mosquito net. It was a quiet fan which (unlike some) you could feel through the net so we were very happy. Our room and bathroom was a great size. The large bed was comfortable. The location with large terrace was perfect. We were worried about noise from nearby restaurants but it was quiet. Great value for money.

Very spacious room with a huge balcony that has a very nice beach view. You wake up with the sound of the waves. Bathroom is also very spacious. The location is great as it has a nice beach right in front and plenty of options for food and drinks. The beach bar below the hotel is cool and inviting. Staff was friendly. One of the best values for money in Sri Lanka so far!
