Great hotel and great location. The room was lacking being in an attic. Noisy ac and the shower had no water pressure. Other rooms are probably better in this place. Staff were nice.

All good , except policies to change/modify the booking were so strict and was difficult to talk to someone and get a clear response . Sometimes situations change and owners should be more emphatic about that

Best place we have stayed on our vacation. Very clean and comfortable. I loved everything about this place. Roosters do crow early is the only warning but I feel that’s anywhere you stay. Patrick was very helpful. Thank you. A+ stay.

It was close to everything. If we come back to Key West, we will stay here again!

Location is great! Just off Duval street! Steps to main restaurants and shopping. This is a small, old hotel. More like a collection of houses. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Main house, were we stayed on the third floor room was very small, very small bathroom and decor was minimal. No real drawing curtains, more like sheets covering windows. Very run down. TV was not working either. Had signal but picture screen was damaged. Room was more like a motel so you can set expectations. Last time we stayed on second floor room and it was a little bigger and much better kept. So I would recommend asking where your room will be! It did have a nice view of courtyard and back stairs to get to it. I would say worth the money for location, staff is nice and helpful and they have free breakfast and happy hour every day.

Patrick was the nicest. He showed us around and recommended a fabulous Italian restaurant up the road. Very nice property if you want to experience the true Key West.
