too expensive for ok service, at night there is live music at the Terrace to loud to sleep, family suite does not have air-conditioning, I stayed in five different hotels on my 13 day trip this one was the most expensive hotel and one of my least favorite hotel

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Views are wonderful. My only issue Is the service in the restaurant and the quality of the food. It just doesn’t match the hotel. I would stay at this hotel again, but I would not eat there.

It did not include breakfast as stated in Expedia. Service in restaurant very slow and food disappointing.

Beautiful hotel and excellent staff. The location is fantastic. The problem is that there were 2 dogs in and outside of the building next to the hotel which barked incessantly at 10pm, 12am, 3am, and 6am. I hardly slept. For that reason I won’t stay there again.

Dogs barking all night long kept us awake! Bed was small and not very comfortable. However, property is attractive, and staff attentive.

Realmente la ubicación es muy buena ya que queda a una cuadra del centro. Pero creo la calidad de sus servicios aún puede mejorar empezando desde el registro. No hay teléfono para solicitar algo dentro de la habitación o simplemente resolver una duda. Por lo tanto no hay room service. Y sí quieres tomar algo te cobran el descorche de todo, eso fue nuevo. Las instalaciones limpias y bonitas.

Muy buen hotel. Una gran area de oportunidad es aislar los ruidos de lavandería y regaderas (tubería q suena por la presión) de las habitaciones del garage. No va con el costo y la calidad del hotel

Fantastic renovated old house located less than half a block from main square, excellent parking space, staff very accommodating. Even do the hours of the restaurant are limited, food was great. I will definitely stay here again. Consider that my comments are based on my stay on a NON busy day for Peña de Bernal (Wed-Thu). I will definitely go there again.

Great stay! the pool could use some work, less chlorine, and heat but room was nice with a great view and great location. Had problems going the reservation system to work with multiple cancelations not sur if it was a hotels.com issue. Also never got WiFi in the room. But very quiet and relaxing

The stay was good. The personnel is a little shy and doesn't have a lot of clue about questions regarding what to do. The wifi connection is really bad, which is crucial because in the rooms you don't get cellphone signal. That substracts some points from the overall stay. The pool was very cold. In the picture a tub is shown, but in the room the was only a shower.

It was the cleanest hotel I have stayed at and a lovely property. The location could not have been better.

Location and architectural ambience are superb, but no wifi inside rooms. Ask for off-street rooms if noise is an issue.

Staff was nice, rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. It was chilly and the floors were ice cold, could use some rugs and maybe another blanket. View from the rooftop was stunning and breakfast at the restaurant was good. Coffee is really weak and nespresso machine did not do the trick either.

Made to pay an extra night when I arrived. Paid in full to Expedia , whose fault was it. Sent Expedia an email. Never got a response.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful - in terms of architecture, room design and ambience. The woman who runs it however totally destroyed our experience and my iPhone - left on the breakfast table (we were the only ones served at 8:30am) was not returned when we called back for it half an hour later - a complete nightmare. We paid for a King bed/ Classic suite but were put in a double bed (we are both over 190cms tall!) and we had GREAT difficulty getting any assistance from the manager to rectify this. She destroyed our last night in Mexico and we left hurriedly - hence the phone being left behind. Saying this, the room service and delivery was excellent and the other staff that helped turn on heater etc were very pleasant and helpful - paradise between the arguments we had to endure - a most confusing and disappointing harassment experience!
