It was very warm with no air conditioning but we knew that beforehand.

This location is absolutely perfect. We were a very short walk to Queen Anne's shopping/restaurant area and an easy walk to the space needle, Chihuly museum and other key sites. The house was spacious (family of 5) and clean with a well stocked kitchen. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

House was nice and in good location, but the shower valve in the only shower does not function. I asked for this to be repaired and Evolve sent me a boilerplate email about how shower valves work. Thanks, but was of no help since the valve did not function correctly. The tub fills with water while you shower and then you have to hold the valve for some time to get the water to drain. Not a huge deal, just annoying and easily fixable. No financial remuneration after the stay after multiple follow ups, so I will avoid Evolve managed homes in the future.

This is a charming house in a great location! We enjoyed being able to walk to so many areas. Loved coming home to such a lovely place.

This is a really gorgeous historic property in an AMAZING location. We enjoyed our stay here and were so thankful for how easy it was to get around!! Positives were gorgeous kitchen, gorgeous home decor, gorgeous outdoor area, sooo close to shopping and grocery and restaurants. Overall we really loved it and would stay again. The only negative really was the bathroom. It wasn’t as clean as I expected it to be at this price point. The tub/shower drain was one were you had to hold it down for it to drain-which was not ideal at all and it had a mat for slipping in the bath tub but it had mold on it and I felt wasn’t clean so we didn’t use that. Overall it was a great stay I just think the bathroom should have been cleaner.

Here for our daughters graduation. Amenities were comfortable and well designed. Neighborhood was great. Busy trip. Wish we had more time to explore.

This house was very cute & fixed up nicely. We didn't use the kitchen to prepare any meals but it looked well-appointed with tools. The beds were very comfortable. We wouldn't recommend small kids to use the upper bunk in the one bedroom as the railing was virtually non-existent. We had older kids so it wasn't an issue. This house does sit on a large hill within the Queen Anne neighborhood, and I mean several blocks of steep inclines so if you're not ready for the hike, take an Uber.
