We loved our stay here. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and had comfortable beds. We were in a perfect location, just a short drive to countless wineries.

We loved the house. Very clean. Well decorated. We do have a few suggestions. There were no dish towels. We used to paper towels to dry the dishes. Also perhaps a small side table in each bedroom next to bed would be nice and maybe a mirror in bedrooms. The master suite was great! Wish we could have used the patio but the weather did not permit it! It looked awesome! Loved the big kitchen! We will certainly consider this home again for next year!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family weekend trip. We were able to enjoy the local wineries and bars as well as just spend some downtime chilling at the house. We highly recommend this place !!

This property is a beautiful place. My family and I drove up for the weekend to surprise my granddaughter for her track/field events and needed to get away from the city for a moment. This was the perfect place. If it wasn't for us having to go the events most of the day, I would've been content staying at the "Cheerful Blue House". I'd like to visit in warmer weather to visit the lake. And Gary was a super host. Thank you, Gary

Cozy, clean & comfortable stay in a good location!

We live in upstate New York and our daughter and fiancé lives in Kentucky. We wanted a place to meet halfway, so neither one of us had to take the long drive with our dogs. Gary made it possible. This place was amazing. The house was cute. The bedrooms were perfect. The backyard was awesome with a fenced in for all the dogs and the best part was they had a Christmas tree all set up we will be returning. It was by far one of the best Christmas we have ever had!

This was by far the most perfect place to stay for the perfect occasion! I came here for a celebration of life. I wish we didn’t have to come here at all but unfortunately, this wasn’t the way God had it planned for us. However, this stay made it as beautiful for us as it could possibly be. My best friend was always “cheerful” and her favorite color is blue and she loved the lake!!💙💙 The place was in a great location, it was super clean, it smelled so fresh and so new, we really enjoyed every aspect! We spoke with the manger on a couple different occasions and he answered each and every time and was very helpful and so just so kind! We highly recommend this place if you are looking for a clean place to call a home away from home 💙
