This house was perfect for my husband & I, with our two dogs. House is nicely furnished, had EVERYTHING we needed, even extra towels. We didn’t use the kitchen, but from what I saw, everything was there. The back yard was great for the dogs, lots of room to run around. Only surprise was that I expected it to be closer to the downtown area, with the restaurants & shops. Even though it’s not super far, it was about 1.5 miles, with not a great walking path, so we ended up Ubering. Wasn’t a problem, just expected it to be closer.

Located in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful backyard. It's very close to downtown OS and some beautiful parks for the children to play. This house was spotless and owner furnished way more basic needs than a typical rental. The beds were so comfortable and bathroom had plenty of towels/washcloths. The shower had strong water pressure. The backyard is large and fenced in. A fire circle and hammock was a pleasant addition. We have family in OS so we definitely will be a return renter.

Out stay was great. We did have a small AC issue but the property manager Chris and the owner Paula, were quick the respond and get the problem fixed. Great customer service!!!! Would definitely stay at this rental again and recommend it to family and friends.

Just book it! I was in the fence but booked because I thought the girls would love the room with the twin beds and they did. This place is so cozy and clean. Also they provide all the little touches that really makes it convenient to stay there—ice in the trays, kids body wash, a bin of dog essentials, throw blankets, off, and laundry essentials. The kids and furbabies loved the backyard. Seriously, best booking. And the manager responds quickly and kindly.

Bed was great in master. Slept well the whole trip & host helped me secure a golf cart that the intown rental place could not facilitate.

This was our home away from home for 10 nights and we would definitely stay there again.
The location is close to beach, downtown and good restaurants.
The house is clean, orderly and has a very homey feel about it. Large fenced in back yard with fire pit and charcoal grill. It was perfect for us.

We loved our stay at this house. You will love it too. Everything was in working order. It was tastefully decorated and felt like home. Kitchen pretty well equipped with cookware. We had to improvise a little bit. The patio and backyard were awesome. Plenty of drawer space for long stays. Washer and dryer were very nice. Bathroom had enough room for storage as well. Plenty of towels. Warning that the king bed was a little too high for short people or older folks. Otherwise very comfortable. The queen bed was extremely high and would not work for short/older people. Also beware that new construction behind the house is now complete. Not much privacy. The privacy fence is only on one side of the property in the backyard. Otherwise, it's a great place and we plan to return next year.

Home was very clean and cozy. Spacious fenced backyard with lots of running room for our fur baby. Chris and Paula were great with communicating with us!

Felt like home from when I stepped thru the door. Close to all the bars and restaurants, and just minutes away from the casinos if you're in the mood. Also, one of the best showers, with great water pressure! Highly recommended - thanks!

We had a great six night stay. The house was comfortable and the back yard was bigger than we expected. The property manager, Chris, provided updates on when the mowing would be done, check in/out process, etc. The photos provided on the web were very accurate.

The house has some great features! Updated and clean! Beds and furniture comfortable. Nice personal touches. They want you to make yourself at home and the property allows that. Large fenced backyard perfect for dogs! My oup made "friends" with the neighbors dogs. Will definitely be back!!

We had so much fun! The property is close enough to downtown to drive a golf cart in and see the sights, eat some dinner, and drop by the beach! The Downtown Golf cart rental can not let you travel that far with their cart so we rented from a friend. The home was very dog friendly! Loved the backyard and fire pit. The washer and dryer are off the carport. Communication was great throughout.

Check in was easy, The location was great, within walking distance to South Coast Seafood Company, a great fresh fish market; close to East Beach, Front Beach and downtown. A very quiet neighborhood too. Sandy Toes was very clean and comfortable. I would stay there again and would recommend it to family and friends looking to visit Ocean Springs!

I thought the property was spacious, clean and was in a quiet neighborhood. We took our golf cart to ride around town (plenty of room for our trailer along with truck in driveway). Great backyard for the fur baby to stretch her legs. Would definitely stay again.

This is a very well kept, and comfy property! We came to Ocean Springs for a post Christmas getaway from the hustle and bustle of the normal the holidays and this was everything we hoped for. This adorable home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks away from beautiful downtown OS. We will definitely be staying here again!
