First time of staying on this hotel. All staff are approachable, the hotel is clean and silent. Good location as there are many food store nearby. I impressed and thankful of the staff specially Mr. Dipak whom allow us to early check in. That time we came in the hotel it was fully booked but I ask a favor to early check in soon there will be available. I leave my mobile number and buy food outside. After sometime he called and inform that we can check in as there is already available.

spacious rooms, good furniture, good kitchen facilities, cleanness, near to all services, restaurants, coffee shops ,laundry staff very friendly and helpful. easy parking

water pressure in bathrooms was weak, bed mattress of low quality

Location, and surrounding utilities

The X user was smoker and the room smell was horrible

Location was convenient with Nakheel mall, marketplace and Al Baik at walking distance. Staff was ok but service was poor.

bathroom door was rotting. Front door would not close until slammed 3/4 times. Water drainage in bathroom was poor. Shower did not have a drain. Bathroom is a Slip hazard. Furniture was filthy. With marks everywhere. Carpet was dirty with burn marks. Sinks had open holes with mold visible.

1- الاضائة ضعيفة ونصفها محروق 2- دورة المياة متهالكة وتدفق الماء ضعيف 3-الفرش غير نظيف وفيه حشرات وتسبب بحساسية والمرتبة مليانه غبار وبكتيريا 4 - النوافذ لا تغلق وتدخل غبار وازعاج 5- عموما لن اكرر هذة التجربة السيئة جدا .

Clean, well situated, friendly helpful staff

Could offer Towel. Check cutlery outstanding. Keep at least 2 of each cutlery. No iron for clothes.

the rooms are big the comport room was clean

the windows no luck, some of room the lights is not good not enough, some of rooms no table for eating food, only that sometimes expensive the price

staff is very cooperative specially manger Ahmed other staff Noor & Amin

easy access to food stall and groceries.

comfort/bathroom is small. kitchen was not clean. Door keycard was not working after sometime. You have to explain to every staff why they to open the door with the master key. No management endorsement of the issue to other receptionist on duty.

Beds are uncomfortable Staff behavior was so weird No Electric Cattle, No Electric No water, No Towel
