The posted pictures was deceiving Rooms: Very old furniture carpet wasn't clean.   Layout of the apartment messy. You book 2 bed apartments (Two-Bedroom Suite), and they switch you to the connecting room.

Furnitures are very old. Washroom was also very old. Parking available in front and in basement but always occupied.

Everything. 3 people in a room we got 1 towel and 1/2 a toilet paper role. We had to beg for more. They kept using excuses like they sent it to the wrong room or all out. The staff told me at reservations, I was at the wrong hotel and no booking until I pointed out my name. They would only give us 1 card and have to reset it every day. The floors were not vacuumed, no housekeeping unless you beg and the air-conditioning didn't work. They were always putting off everything and were clueless for frequent traveling this is the worst service I have ever received. The bathroom smelled the shower proven and sprayed all over the entire bathroom including toilet and towels

No cleaning service, no working shower, the hairdrier not working, somehow cigarette smoke got into the room now I have to clean all my clothes from the smell
