Het personeel was super vriendelijk. De locatie is perfect.

La atención fue de lo mejor, todos muy atentos y agradables, incluso varios hablaban español y, aquellos que no, tratando de explicarnos en nuestro mismo idioma algunas referencias para visitar la ciudad. La habitación perfecta, cama muy cómoda, baño reformado. El desayuno muy bueno y pudimos disfrutar una noche del restaurante y nos encantó la comida. En cuanto a las obras en la calle de w trada del hotel, nos informaron en varias ocasiones, pero la verdad es que no tuvimos ninguna queja porque no escuchamos nada ni nos ocasionó ningún problema.

Perfect location on the edge of the old town close to the rail stations. Excellent breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Very comfy beds and pillows.

The location is excellent, the restaurants are spot on and the rooms are spacious and comfortable

The room could have been cleaner, the floor was a bit dusty

having to pay for a public car park, roadworks closed the hotel road making things difficult. They could have messaged us about that.

Nice and clean hotel with very friendly staff. Beautiful city and a lot to see.

There was a problem with the creditcard payment, but they were very helpful sorted it out via bank transfer.
