Очень классное расположение, до океана 5 минут. Ночью не шумно, комфортно спать! В номере все есть, горячая вода всегда была, полотенца. Мне было уютно. Очень дружелюбный персонал, по всем вопросом помогали, помогли с такси до аэропорта (от аэропорта Даболима до пляжа Мандрем стоит 2000 рупий днем, ночной тариф 2800). Переводила предоплату за номер 50 процентов от стоимости, сразу прислали подтверждение о закреплении номера за мной и внесенной предоплате

The location, close to beach and good hotels like Sunset and dunes

The rude and impolite behaviour of staff especially the receptionist. Money making schemes at the cost of customers experience. The receptionist misbehaved with me and my wife. We were with our infant and they made our stay very uncomfortable. To an extent of asking us to clean bedsheet or buy a new bedsheet or give them 500 rupees which had 2-3 washable colors mutiny marks. We actually washed the bedsheet just to prove them it wasn't a permanent stain. This they didn't just do once but twice, even at checkout. Earlier also we had showed them that those tiny marks are completely washable even with just plain water. Also if you book via booking.com they are extra biased with you saying that ki booki se Kiya h toh Khali kamra milega not even a bottle of complementary water. Wifi sucked the whole time. And the staff is bad.

La chambre n'était pas prête à notre arrivée à 4pm. Elle a ensuite été preparée avec des draps qui sentaient le moisi. Quand nous en avons parlé à la manager elle nous a répondu qu'elle savait (!!!). Nous avons donc du demander qu'ils les changent. Nous n'avions pas de cadenas pour fermer notre chambre. Heureusement nous avons pu utiliser celui de notre valise.

Had booked their most expensive room which didn't have an AC. When asked if we could downgrade to a cheaper room that has an AC, we were asked to pay 500 more per day! The manager was not helpful, despite going during off season and the hotel being completely empty, they didn't accommodate our request. The booking said shared kitchen is available, but filtered water was not available – had no choice but to buy bottled water from them!

Very quiet place with great location, nice rooms with balcony. I was greeted very friendly, also nice owners here and all the staff. I felt at home here and I am grateful for this wonderful place.

Very clean and hygienic stay with spacious rooms and the best part is, it's right next to the mandrem beach. The staff was super polite and helped us in any way they could. Quick on their feet and absolutely humble.

Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, strong WiFi, nice hot shower, walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

Some issues with power cuts but nothing major, resolved quickly.

It’s located in a quaint spot and the beach is also right close by. the room is spacious and the staff is courteous. they will help you with any information you need about Goa. 10/10 recommend.

This property was very good, the nature of the staff here was helpful and family friendly, all the facilities are available. Property is near to the Beach I am very happy I will definitely go again…

bathroom do not have glass partitions, so while bathing entire bathroom will get wet. also showers are not movable , so you do not have any option than getting entire bathroom wet like toilet, washbasin etc. also it’s very small.

I checked in late and the owner kindly waited for me at reception. Staff is very kind. Location is good and quiet. The rooms are new and have nice furniture.
