Super close to the strip & shops & beach. Owner and cleaner were friendly and helpful.

So many flies & air con didn’t work very well.

Rude people working there. No reception. Had to pay by the front door. Did not show me the room until I pay upfront!!!!

The property is really close to the beach and the city centre , the was simple and essential but comfortable .We asked to keep our baggage after our check out and the lady said yes so thank you😊

The lady who welcomed us was in a rush…she didn’t even show us how to use the keys ! I was lucky a cleaner was there and she explained me .Also it’s really loud , there were people in the pool at 4 am with loud music ,disrespectful!

So where do I start. I have been coming to Laganas since 2017. This time due to my pregnancy we only booked very last minute as I had to wait for doctor to say if I can fly or not. And when I booked the place I knew where it is but as not being newbie to Laganas I knew that although it can be lively every hotel will have security guards and you might be woke up time to time by people coming back into hotels at different times but generally no big dramas we’ll never till this year. So when we check into the hotel we been told there is number downstairs to contact if there is any issues. So we enjoyed afternoon on balcony and then we went out to see my friends as over the years I made several friends on the island. We got back around midnight end around the pool there was group of Italians talking. Not big deal as I thought they will be getting ready to go out. But by 3am there was about 15-20 of them, shouting, screaming. We have asked them to keep it down but they just simply ignore us. So we had no sleep at all whole night as they were there till 7am having party right outside. So I have contacted the number for the property, message has been read but no response. By 11am I have decided to contact hotel Natalie where I stayed in the past and explained my situation and that I’m nearly 8 months pregnant so I need to get some sleep and as they had some cancellations they offered me room. So I have texted the number for the property again advising that I will have to move to the different place as I can’t be staying in place like this and get no sleep at all. At 12 o’clock I finally got message back asking where I am now. So I have met the lady who looks after the hotel. Who tried to say she is very sorry and advised she had the problem with the group of the Italians before and she have asked them to stay quiet before.

The place is in very good location, there is everything you need in the hotel room. We are satisfied from the service.

The area is a bit louder in the night, despite the 'lockdown'
