The comfort of a private home with a great view of Mount Fuji. walking distance to the Oishi park.

Don’t let the exterior fool you, this place was nice, clean and comfy. The property was perfect, location was great and close to restaurants and shops. The lake is down the street, festival 10 minutes away and the view of Mt. Fuji behind the villa was a wonderful bonus!

Wish they had toilets upstairs.

I visited this place with another family with two kids, total of four adults and four kids under 5 year-old. the place is very clean and there are many amenities from a wine opener (important as it is the place for wine), many bath towels, disposable tooth brushes, dishes, utensils, cups, glasses, microwave, toaster, knives, and shampoo, conditioner and body soap. there is a convenience store in front and 5 min beautiful garden walk to the Oishi park. for the family with small children, it is the best as they can be more noisy compared with a hotel and have an access to a garden. wifi is a bit slow and cannot use Chromecast (I brought mine but could not connect to their wifi) but who needs Netflix (Cocomelon for kids) when there is a view of Mt. Fuji.

I would say that maybe a curtain in the bedroom may be a good idea so that the kids won’t wake up at 6am. but I actually took my kids to a morning walk of the lake bank so it turned out to be good at the end.

Excellent location. Beautiful view of Fuji-san. Rooms are very clean. There are two bedrooms each with 4 beds. One of the bedrooms has a terrific mountain view.

Nice location close to (but not right by) the lake. Clean and quiet. Staff helpful when dealing with an issue we raised. Reasonably spacious living room.

Some separation of the outside spaces would be nice.

The location is very good near to the Park.. but its on the another side of the Kawaguchiko Station, and the buses are between 9 to 5 and. If you are taking you own vechile this will be an excellent place.

For a large family the bathroom is 1.

The wifi needed a google account to use and didn't work reliabily

The host is incredibly helpful and accommodating. This is my second time staying here as the location is AMAZING for exploring the five lakes, Fujinomiya and Fujiyoshida. It snowed unexpectedly and the heating everywhere was fabulous. The bath can be set to fill itself and keep the temperature. It was heavenly.

Some of the linen covers and the sofa had slight stains. Given the space is probably more for large groups, it's understandable.

The location is perfect. The little touches like leaving the heater on so the room was warm, the take-away menus then the bigger things like the huge, light, super clean place and the divine shower/bath meant we felt so cared for and safe in these strange times. You can also see Fujisan. Free parking, conbini right across the road... Everything was wonderful, thank you.

Excellent accommodation in a fantastic position to enjoy wonderful walks that give you every chance to view Mt Fuji.

Location is good. Private free car parking. Brand new n very cleaned house. Kitchen is fully equipped. Able to see Mt Fuji but unfortunately, we couldn't see due to cloudiness. 2 bedrooms with 4 single beds in each room.
