extremely comfortable! every single detailed was organized by Afredo. the location is excellent- best beaches in Fuerteventura! we traveled with our 3 years old and we had an excellent experience (Alfredo kindly suggested to add the security gates in the stairs). we will definitely come back!

Alfredo made sure we had all comforts. Apartment was clean, spacious and modern. It was 5 min leisure walk from a beautiful beach and very close to shops and restaurants.

Location brilliant - only 4 mins walk from an amazing white, unspoilt, sandy beach and was safe to swim or paddle in the lagoon day or evening. 2 mins from local supermarket and great choice of restaurants in El Cotillo. The property itself is spacious, well laid out and incredibly clean with every thing you might need provided ( including beach towels and adapters) - making it just all very easy to live in. Alfredo was an excellent host and answered any questions we had immediately, from restaurant recommendations to taxi companies.

There was nothing not to like. We tried to look for things as a joke but with no luck.

We had a great, relaxing stay at the house. The landlord Alfredo was a great contact person. He gave us lots of helpful tips for restaurants and things to do. The house was very well furnished. Many German TV channels, which we enjoyed using in the evenings. Super comfortable couch :-) The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Fridge and freezer, hairdryer and dishwasher detergent were all available. The way to the first beach is short and we enjoyed walking to the great sunsets in Cotillo centre (10 minutes) in the evening. We felt comfortable all around and very safe (would have been with 2 women in the house). We will be very happy to come again. Thank you Alfredo !!!!

The location is great, near to every thing. The beach is 5 min walking. The food store yust behind the corner. Owner is fantastic, you will get all info before you come and all that you need at stay time... The property is nice, big and clean.

Alfredo, the owner, was a brilliant communicator and even popped in to see us to check all was good; it was lovely to meet you Alfredo and to have a general chat; your English is great, I hope our Spanish will improve for next time. Thank you also Alfredo for the gift of wine and water you left on our arrival. The apartment was clean and modern, as well as comfortable (comfy bed and sofas) and had all we needed for a wonderful and relaxing holiday. It was easy to message owner for any queries regarding apartment, restaurants etc, as he got back to us quickly. As it was the first time my husband and I had been abroad without the children for 15 years, it was a lovely place to stay with a great location. Would return here, just book it, you won't regret it, especially if you want somewhere with easy access to beach, shops and bars/restaurants.
