Excellent property, although property above quite noisy. Would consider booking again in future. We enjoyed our stay just relaxing.

The villa is in an excellent location, away from the centre of the town and with amazing views but only a 15 minute walk to the bars, cafes and restaurants. The villa is really well appointed and the living area is very comfortable. The pool and terrace are small but perfect for a family of four - in October, the terrace is in sun from lunchtime until sunset.

We stayed in Villa Boutique for 9 nights in August and had an absolutely lovely time there. Leading up to our stay, any questions we had were quickly answered by Nick to put us at ease. Upon arriving at the villa, Janie was there to greet us and show us around where we found all the essentials available for our arrival which was great given we had arrived late into the evening. The villa itself has everything you need, is clean, comfortable and has some great views overlooking the sea and marina. The WiFi was great too. We went in the height of the summer with temperatures rising to mid 30s every day so the pool was a very welcome sight. I was originally a little worried about the size of the pool before arriving but it was the perfect size even fitting in a couple of Lilo's as well as a family of 5 and we spent a lot of the day in it. It was cleaned a few times during our stay too which was a great. There's no getting around the fact the villa is on top of a very big hill. All other reviews state this but this wasn't an issue for us as we walked down to the town every day (10 to 15 minutes walk depending on where you go) and for less than €5, we got a taxi back. If it hadn't been so hot, we might have attempted to walk back but for that cost, there really wasn't any need. We had budgeted for that anyway. In the town there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from serving some lovely food and entertainment. The only slight negative is we didn't find any shops close by so popping for some milk or bread wasn't too easy and needed to walk into the town. There might have been one but we just didn't explore enough given the heat of the day. All in all, a great stay and a lovely time had by all.

Well equipped villa with a great pool in a quiet location at the top of the resort - quite a steep walk up and down but fine for us. Villa was very clean and Janie responded quickly when we contacted her . Might be worth putting on villa details that there is only air conditioning in two of the three bedrooms . This is a nice apartment in a fantastic location. The views of the cliffs, the sea and La Gomera are wonderful, especially at sunrise and sunset. Yes, it's a bit of a walk down into the town and back (10-15 mins), but equally that means that you don't get all of the noise from the bars and restaurants. There was some noise from the apartment above and next door, but this is to be expected I guess - I didn't see any detached villas in Los Gigantes, it is built up a cliff after all! The pool was lovely once heated (necessary in April). We enjoyed boat trips to see whales and dolphins (can thoroughly recommend WhaleWise Eco Tours), a kayak trip, a great hike along the Camino Real (Canaventura) and a trip up to Teide on the cable car. Communication with Nick and Janie was excellent, they were very quick to respond and act when we needed them.

Whether inside or outside, there are wonderful views of Los Gigantes rock formations. Most days we walked into town and would take around 15 minutes. The steep walk gets the heart pumping for sure. The accommodation was spacious and well equipped for family. Perfect outdoor space for soaking up the sunshine and dips in the pool. Great TV, films and internet. Communications with owner and representative was easy and efficient. Comfortable beds. Clean. We had a hire car and location made airport, day trips and supermarket run easy.

Have stayed in this lovely property for the second time and we love it. Everything is perfect with the addition to the super fast internet and English TV. We recommend this to all our friends and family and will be coming back every year, we are already planning our next years visit to this beautiful property. The outside area with the heated swimming is so relaxing. Janie our host meet us at the villa and was charming.

We stayed in villa Boutique for a week, and it was the most restful, peaceful week we have had in a long time. The villa has everything you need. The beds are very comfortable and there is a lot of space for everyone. The outside area is great, with plenty of sun beds. The swimming pool was a lovely temperature for an early morning dip. Internet and English TV was a real bonus, kept the kids amused for hours. Parking right outside. We were met by Janie who was very helpful and there was also a welcome pack which was great for the start of the holiday. Would definitely recommend this great villa and will be returning again.

We've always rented holiday villas and often return to Tenerife for tbe winter sun. I seldom write reviews but felt this one was definately worthy of writing about. We arrived early evening and were met by Janie. The Villa had been beautifully presented with the outside lights and pool lighting too it looked magical. Janie showed us sround and exained more about the location and where to eat etc as we hadn't been to Los Gigantes before. Inside was immaculate, with good furnishings and matching drapes. The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of light and tastefully decorated. Down a few steps is the 3rd bedroom with a small private patio. Each bedroom has loads of storage and lovely new blankets for the occasional chilly evening. Everything we needed was on hand. Even a lovely free welcome pack, soap, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, etc. Unlike most villas we've stayed in where some don't even provide toilet paper. The following mirning we woke to birdsong and fabulous sea views. Such a peaceful spot. We had a wonderful time in Villa Boutique and have booked again. Thank you to the owner and thank you to Janie for keeping the villa in such good condition. Highly recommend this villa.

We have a rest in Tenerife for the sixth times; we have never lived in such bad conditions.We stayed for 3 weeks. 2 adults, two children. All people have different tastes, so I want to present only the facts. This is not a villa, but an apartment. It is dark, cold, damp and smells of old age. The sun does not shine in any window. In January, without heaters, the temperature is no more than 17 С. There are no good blankets in the villa, instead synthetic bedspreads are offered. The apartment is old and requires complete repair. The owner writes about the updated bathrooms - but apparently it was a long time ago. Plumbing is old; shower and faucets do not work well, the boiler is only 80 litters. The sofa in the living room is designed for the street, very hard. Children's room (where there are bunk beds) are in the basement, it is damp, dark and cold. The apartment has very bad sound insulation. Hear everything that happens at the top of the neighbours. If you get noisy neighbours, then there will be no silence. The owners in the description forgot to talk about the regular guests - cockroaches. We had 3 days to destroy them. The owners could not have been unaware of this, because there were a lot of anti-cockroach tools in the kitchen. Now a little about the beautiful views, silence and relaxation (as written in the description). The view is only on the rock. A beautiful ocean view photo, placed in the description, is made from the adjacent apartment on the floor above. Ocean view is available only from the far corner of the yard and only if you are standing. In January, the sun comes to the terrace only after 12 hours. And illuminates no more than half of the terrace and pool. Only four people can sunbathe at the same time. There is no place for more sun loungers. The apartment is on the road. At 10 meters there is a path to the observation deck, so from dawn to dusk people come and come to admire the views. Car doors are constantly slamming and loud conversations from people are heard. In the evening, when tourists stop walking, you can “enjoy” the constant noise from the pool equipment. Quiet never happens. The pool is heated, but there are a lot of broken tiles. Our son badly cut his leg. For 3 weeks stay no one has ever been cleaned. +: Super fast Internet. Good location. Summary: This is not a luxury villa, but an old 2-star apartment. He is not worth his money. The price for an apartment is overestimated at least 2-3 times.

We had a marvellous week in this stunning villa. In fact we booked it again the moment we returned home! The views across the ocean include the neighbouring island of Gomera and glorious sunsets; the spectacular sheer cliffs of Los Gigantes form part of the lovely vista from the terrace area. We swam in the pool on Christmas day and walked ( 10 minutes) to the delightful harbour of Los Gigantes village for delicious freshly grilled seabass and chilled Tenerife white at El Ancla. The villa is spacious, very comfortable and extremely well appointed and equipped. Janie the manager met us on arrival ( even though our flight was delayed) - she was warm, charming and very helpful and we appreciated the welcome pack of basics ( we were too late to shop ). Staying here is a lovely experience and really we cannot recommend this lovely villa, in this great location,highly enough.

My 15 year old daughter and i stayed in September. We were welcomed by Eileen who showed us round. There was tea,coffee, sugar, milk, water, Orange, bread and jam waiting for us which was a lovely touch. The villa was spotlessy clean and everything you could ever need and more. The pool was just perfect and provided great fun for us both. The terrace was excellent and the sunloungers were comfy. Its location is idyllic with the most amazing views that you can never tire of. The beds were very comfy and the shower was great not a trickle in sight!! The owners obviously care very much for this property and i look forward to returning again soon and hopefully staying at their other properties. Were there any negatives - i've tried to find some but i can honestly say no. It was just perfecto

Came here with my wife and 2 children along with my mum, dad, brother and nephew for 9 days. Had an excellent time and the villa was excellent. The kids spent as much time as they could in the Pool whilst we relaxed on the sunloungers enjoying the sun. Despite it being at the top of the hill this caused no problems as it was a pleasant 10 minute stroll down to the restaurant and bars and on the way home we would get an 8 seater taxi for just 5 euros. The pool was just the right size for the kids. The villa was just like it said on the website. Bedrooms are a good size (air conditioning in the kids bedroom would have been nice although a fan was provided) We were met by Janie who showed us around the villa and was very helpful. Nice little welcome pack of the essentials of bread milk coffee etc was there when we arrived. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend this Villa and Los Gigantes. The villa felt very spacious, with lots of room for 3 adults and 4 children. Having two large bathrooms was great, there was always plenty of hot water and towels were provided. The kitchen was well set out and well equipped and the dining area was perfect for us. We were pleased to find the beds very comfortable, unfortunately we were regularly wakened early by other tourists looking to enjoy the views from the cliff path opposite the villa, bin men and street cleaners, but that was a small price to pay for the fabulous views of the cliffs and the sea, sunset views were spectacular. There was a problem with the electricity fuse box a couple of days before we left and we were without the use of sockets overnight. This was responded to promptly by Janie who we found to be lovely. The only real iissue this caused was we weren’t able to charge our phones. We all enjoyed the lovely pool, the children would have spent the whole ten days in it if we had let them. The polite notice placed on the walll at the entrance to the garden was a bit of a surprise and a disappointment. This pointed out that the Spanish older neighbours had a right to peace and quiet at all times, hardly possible with a pool and four young children enjoying themselves. Perhaps this info should be shared with people before they book, I know it inhibited the fun we had outdoors. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Boutique and we came home fitter than we arrived, thanks to the hill top location, which was a bonus!

I booked a 4 night/5 day stay at Villa Boutique for a total of 7 people. On arrival we were greeted and showed around and informed about the villa and local town. Janie was lovely and she made us have that home from home feeling when checking in. The pool was also heated so we wasted no time and jumped straight in! The property was everything it had been described and more. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the villa were very happy. The Villa has amazing views, which we spent most days admiring while embracing some alfresco living on the patio. The villa was clean, well maintained and had all the facilities to feel comfortable while away from home. We had an absolutely fantastic time in the villa and would definitely recommend to friends or family.

Super location fantastic villa spent a lot of time in the heated pool gets the sun from about 11 am until sunset views are unbelievable. Its just a 10 min walk down into town and only 25 walk into port Santiago. Villa as everything you need for your holiday loads of wardrobe space bedrooms are really big compared to other villas we have stoped in will definetly be back .ps make sure you pay for pool heating as it is cold this time of year without it but really warm with it on

We were welcomed nicely and on first impressions the property looked lovely! The pool had missing tiles at the bottom and a cracked filter near the same area and one of our sons cut his foot badly on this. There was no I Pod docking station as stated on the details and we were disappointed as we had brought our music to play. The house keeping overall seemed OK...but we found dirty ladies knickers in our bedroom. We had workmen banging and drilling and making a lot of noise everyday in the apartment directly above us which was very disappointing as we chose somewhere we thought would be relaxing and private! (we appreciate work has to be done, but everyday into the early evening was a game changer when you are only away for 5 days! and this should have been communicated if we were to have to tolerate this) The area that housed the pool machinery was exposed, the cupboard unclosable and was very close to patio doors of our boys bedroom, so we did keep these doors shut and locked at all times. The holiday was for a special occasion and to get some winter sun...unfortunately the villa only had the sun come round onto it about 2.30/3pm in the afternoon, and as it was winter the sun was gone by 6pm which was a real shame! not positioned well for sun worshipers! we enjoyed the local area and dining out but we would not stay here again, as even though the views were nice there was constant traffic from dawn till dusk from tourists walking or driving and parking up close outside to look at the rock face! And finally..we are a fit and healthy family! If you are older or have any difficulty in walking this is certainly not the place to stay as positioned at the top of a very very steep hill and there were lots of steps to get down to the restaurants, bars and shops which caused us no real problems but still gave us a very good workout everyday!!!

The apartment was convenient and views over the bay. Well equipped in kitchen (could benefit from having a washing machine for people who stayed longer). Sadly there was no WIFI which although was stated was something that really is needed these days and is normally provided for especially in this price rating. The television had problems with the reception signal. For some reason whilst watching TV, signal lost would be displayed...this happened too frequently and made watching TV unbearable. There was however a DVD with a selection of DVDs to view. The beds were comfortable and there was even air conditioning in the rooms if you needed it but we were fine with just the ceiling fans installed. Nice touches were the milk, bread and water left for us upon arrival including some sachets of tea. Host was very pleasant to deal with and the couple who showed us around the building were very kind and helpful. Just one thing we noticed attention was that some of the swimming pool tiles were starting to lift off on the base of the pool. Nothing too serious but would need sorting at end of season. Overall though enjoyed our stay - theTV and Wifi are the main two things that I would say would have definitely improved our stay.

Myself and 4 friends stayed in this villa at the end of August and had a fabulous holiday. The villa was perfect and had everything we could want. We were met by Janie who was lovely and so helpful - as was the handy welcome pack that was left for us. There are many local bars and shops nearby - the taxis did come in handy as the villa is at the top of a hill but at only around €3, who would complain? We used the private pool every day - even the inflatables that had been left by the family before us. Our holiday was perfect- hope we can visit again in the future!!
