Everything was excellent

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The facility was clean.

Breakfast below standard for a 4star hotel

Location is perfect, steps from subway entrance (the square in front not so nice). Breakfast buffet is really good. Rooms are very confortable. Unfortunately, our air conditioning broke down and we had to be moved. They didn’t have another room for a family of 4, we got 2 rooms instead. Not connecting rooms though. One of the rooms had also a deficient air conditioning. I told the front desk for their awareness but I was not going to waste more time moving again. The lady at the front desk said something about a Regulation requiring the coldest to be 19 Celsius/66 Fahrenheit (??!!). Again, I was not going to waste more time.

Hotel staff was wonderful. We also enjoyed the wonderful terrace area, had a meal and drinks there.

Everything was great, my family and I liked it a whole bunch. Metro station 15 meters away, awesome staff, great breakfast ( buffet)

My wife and I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Paris Republique, an IHG Hotel, and had a delightful experience overall. The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the beautiful city of Paris. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Our room was clean, well-appointed, and offered a lovely view of the Republique square. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, setting us up nicely for our days of sightseeing. However, we did experience some disturbance due to demonstrations in the square, which led to increased noise levels . Despite this minor inconvenience, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would consider returning in the future.

Facilities need to get better. Breakfast service is excellent. The main restaurant staff is friendly and efficient.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean and a nice size. Lots going on in the square, but always felt safe. Lots of cafes in area to walk to. Uber and taxi pickup was easy.

Stay was very good only air conditioning was on the fair side did not work properly. Also lots of noise if you opened the window from the bar which lasted all night

They gave us not the room we paid for, after 2 nights, we spoke, and they changed the room. The fridge was Not working.

This hotel is walking distance to some incredible eateries and local favourites. The property overall has an amazing ambience with some great staff working the reception!!

Cool!

This was the best hotel room for our family of 5. The beds were comfortable and the room was big enough to fit all of us. We had two adults, a teen, pre-teen, and a 2 year old. The hotel was also a great location. There was a metro station right by the hotel. There was also an amazing bakery right by.

The property was a great location right next to the metro. The staff was a great help in directing us around town, to make sure we saw all of the highlights. Definitely would stay again.

Bed was a bituncomfy but overall happy with the stay.

The hotel is centrally located with most tourist locations within 20 mins. The staff were very friendly and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable.

Breakfast was awesome. Staff totally accommodating. Location is perfect. However, we have observed a significant degradation of the surroundings. ALL night long, every night, thugs are out in front of and the street behind dealing drugs and making unrelenting noise ALL night making sleep difficult.

Hotel location was great and the staff were exceptional. We were really well looked after and would definitely recommend.
