Gorgeous hotel. Really lovely, would stay here over and over. The rooms are beautiful. There wasn't always staff at the front desk, and the parking is really tight and often isn't spaces, but aside from that the actual hotel is really nice

A loveky hotel/pub. Rooms were tastefully decorated with nice furnishings. Very friendly staff. Cozy and warm. Lovely food. Authentic. The town was disappointing for shops although lots of places to eat and some pubs. We just stayed in to eat and drink as it was so nice.

The room was a good size. You could easily get lost in the as it was so hugh. Shower was amazing. Breakfast was lovely. Must try the french toast next time as it looked delicious. All and all a fantastic stay. Would definitely recommend.

It was only an overnight stay to get me closer to Goodwood festival of speed but the room was lovely and spacious and very comfortable.

Cute. Quiet. They left water and a few sweets. Only real issues were curtains that didnt block side light and sewer smell from bathroom.

The design of the rooms although pretty is completely impractical for a clean easily maintained hotel room
The cleaning staff are awful no clean towels bins unemptied , floor unclean , sink blocked with slime and hair in short if this is going to work both staff and rooms need a professional make over

Great place to stay. Check in was quick,efficient and friendly. The room was spacious ,spotless and very comfortable.Had lunch in the courtyard outside which was lovely and dinner in the restaurant in the evening ,also delicious. Apparently Raymond Blanc keeps a close eye on things in the kitchen!

The rooms were of such a high quality, with amazing touches like a personal note & treats!
We had lunch at the pub which was just delicious. I will be coming back and recommending to everyone!

This is a centuries old (coaching?)inn which has been sympathetically renovated. Nice touches in the room included crafted chocs and a coffee machine.

Amazing property, refurb is top class with lovely rooms. High street is lovely with plenty of other pubs and restaurants nearby. If you can’t get a space in the White Horse car park there is ample parking nearby.

Great to see the White Horse open again. I frequently stayed here on business before the new ownership ans refurbishment. The refurbishment has greatly improved the look mad atmosphere. The rooms are very well thought out and cosy. The bar and restaurant have been vastly improved and now has an a wonderful atmosphere. The restaurant finally has the service and food this place deserves. I only had a neal once in all my previous stay and the meal was just ok, but the service wasn't great. Im really please that i can now stay in comfort with the bonis of being able to eat and drink here too.

Everything was faultless, with every member of the staff team always going the extra mile for a welcome visit. We will be back.

Breakfast was very disorganised, insufficient cutlery, glasses etc on table. Presentation of food also poor. Empty plates were not collected from table so guests had to remove them onto spare tables to make room. Bedroom was dusty and a bit tatty. Lovely check in at reception, lady very friendly & helpful.

Great location in the heart of Dorking, latecomers were a bit noisy, but all in all a good experience.

Well located, clean and comfortable. I had booked 2 nights separately due to change of plans. Was upgraded on first night to the better room that i had booked for second. Down side (which is partly out of the hotels control) is the noise from people returning between 11pm and 1am who have zero consideration and have liyd conversations at top of stairs and in corridor. No one present at check out to feed back to.

About to be closed for refurbishment so not in great condition at the moment. Small, poorly ventilated rooms. Lovely staff though!
