The hotel room was very spacious and fairly comfortable. My husband had a hard time with the pillows; they were to soft and not substantial enough for him. Shower enclosure seemed a bit dated.
Staff in the evening were very pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast was plentiful and good.

The tub room layout is inconvenient. You must stand next to the toilet to close the door, the tub is partially into the wall. The sleeper sofa sinks when you sit and you can’t get up. The toilet is extremely low to the ground. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good.

The Good: property was clean, bedding was comfortable, front desk staff were efficient.
The bad: pool not functional and no indication of this on website or when reservation was confirmed, front desk staff while efficient, were all business and not especially friendly, walls are paper thin: I could clearly hear people in next room speaking in normal conversation and could hear footsteps of those in room above.

When we checked in we were told that our 16 was considered an adult even though on the reservation they give the option up to 17 when you list their age. We were charged 20$ extra. Also the pool facilities were not available due to a maintenance issue. Apparently it had been that way for a week and we were never notified. The walls are thin and there was a high pitched noise when using the shower.

We came after a long day of white water rafting and wanted to soak in the hot tub. The staff was so polite they let us sit an extra 15 min after it was supposed to close. Note it’s the biggest hotel hot tub I’ve seen. The only down side is only two working jets so minimal bubbles and only let at 102 instead of the standard 104 but it was clean. The breakfast was really good and all staff very polite! They have a very nice game room as well. The rooms were huge too but the bathroom very small.

While i liked most things about this property i absolutely hated one thing and probably will not return.i had a room(119) on the bottom floor right near the hotel entrance and the curtains can not be closed so absolutely no privacy somebody could walk right up to the window or even when cars pulled into the parking space outside my room the lights would shine in the window and they could see right into the room. also impossible to sleep since the bright outside lights on the hotel came into the window without the curtains being able to be closed. TOTALLY RIDICULOUS TO HAVE THAT SITUATION WHERE YOU CANT AT LEAST GET THE CURTAINS CLOSED TO BLOCK THE WINDOW. WILL NOT STAY AT THE HOTEL AGAIN!!!

We had a two-night stay and appreciated that it was clean and the parking was better than a lot of other places. The bathroom had a little bit of mold starting near the ceiling but it really was a great place to stay. We would definitely stay there again! The front desk clerk (I believe his name was Parth) was super friendly and helpful when our key didn’t work (user error) and we really liked it overall.

There was nothing about this property that stood out. It was just very average. It was certainly well used, but not dated and it was clean. The walls and ceiling were really thin and it sounded like the people above me were rearranging the furniture all night long. And the room next to me had an alarm go off every half hour starting at 4:30 a.m.

The breakfast staff was working hard but very hard to keep up. I like the breakfast a lot. The rooms were also nice. We were a family of 5 and easy accommodated in one of their suits.

The hotel was clean and check in was great with a friendly employee at the desk. Our room was clean but it is dated. Our bed was definitely well used . It could use a replacement. Breakfast was ok , typical hotel breakfast, nothing special . Good location .

Cleanliness was ok, but no room servicing for two-night stay was provided without request. Pool closed again, fitness center locked. Draperies don’t close on first floor! Ironing board had broken leg, unable to fold for storage.

My son and I attended a concert at Montage mountain. We booked a room here because it was close. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I almost had trouble with is that they only serve breakfast until 9:00 am, even on weekends, so by the time we got downstairs at around 8:30 everything was pretty well cleaned out. They did bring a little more out so we could have breakfast. That was nice of them.
