Great location, everyone was helpful

Terri was very easy to work with and responded to any and all communications.

Everything about the house met expectations; we were very satisfied with the accommodations. A suggestion for improvement would be to build a wood bridge walkover to the beach. The sandy trail was tiresome, but not a deal breaker. Hurricane Nicholas followed us there and dumped a lot of rain, but that's the chance you take when booking in Septemeber.

We had a great trip even with the weather of Hurricane Ida. Location is great for the beach. The only thing regarding the townhouse, the living room furniture is a bit dirty and needs to be cleaned or replaced. Other than that everything was great and when we had any issues it was dealt with quickly and promptly.

Chilled out beachfront property down quiet end of beach. Modern inside with well stocked kitchen. Balconies on both levels for perfect sea views. Had a great stay!

We always stay on Navarre beach, it’s our favorite area, beautiful without the crowds! The house was clean, well furnished and the master bed was very comfy. My only suggestion for the house would be to update the kitchen. The cabinet doors do not open or close very well at all.

When we arrived at Island Time, the unit was very clean. This unit is very spacious and the 6 of us had plenty of room to relax and have fun. Terri is easy to get ahold of and responds quickly if you need her. We have rented this place for the past 3 years and we plan on renting again in the future.

This property is nice and my family enjoyed our week there. The only issues we had were the gas grill was rusted out and we couldn't use it and there was some sand in a few of the bed sheets.

Great spacious layout inside! Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were very comfy. Beautiful view of the gulf!

Great location and accommodations, very clean and comfortable

This condo is located down the beach a bit, away from the large hotels. This made the beach much less crowded and enjoyable. You are just steps away from the water with wonderful views from the deck. We enjoyed our stay!

Not a good place if you have issues with walking up stairs. The stairs going upstairs have open backs so not too safe for small children. We all had a good time. Easy access to the beach.

I think it would be nice to know from the beginning that this property isn’t like most properties. Most properties provide you with plenty of supplies because you are paying thousands of dollars for this. After you rent the property Terri sends you an email of her conditions. What she expects during check in and check out which is fine and understand why she gives out that list. However as much money as you spend on this place you expect more. One roll of toilet paper, one roll of Paper towels, and one garbage bag is all you get. If you need extra blankets or towels bring your own. You don’t want to have to run to the grocery store to buy literally every house hold need. That is why you are on vacation. That needs to be in the description from the beginning. I have paid less for more. Otherwise Terri was easy to contact and the view is fantastic.

The location is great, right on the beach. The property was very nicely decorated with a mermaid, beach theme. Terri, the property manager, was a pleasure to work with and very helpful. Navarre Beach is absolutely beautiful and the restaurants in the area are good. Would definately stay here again.

We loved our stay in Navarre. Terri communicated with us in a timely fashion. We will be returning to Navarre in the future.

Great location for a group getaway.

We had an amazing stay in Navarre! The condo is literally right on the beach. Balconies were perfect for chilling and watching the ocean; very comfy deck furniture. Terri was great with communication about an item that needed fixing as well. Highly recommend!!

This is a beautiful townhome and very well kept. We had a fabulous time and could not have asked for anything more. We had some wi-fi problems but Terri got it corrected right away. She was great. We were able to bring our dog and there was LOTS of room. The view is incredible, we watched dolphins from the deck almost every morning and it was a very short walk to the beach. We had NO complaints except we wished we could have stayed another week!

My family and I loved our stay, it is an out of this world view more than we expected pictures don't do justice to it, even though it was a little chilly and windy we loved the walks on beach and the shelling, we will be back. and even though there where not very many people around this time of year the people that where are very friendly very nice place,

Our group was looking for a relaxing, enjoyable place to stay for our spring break and we found it! The townhouse was exactly as described, but the pictures posted do not do the view justice. We were very happy with the accommodations and we'd love to return someday. Terri was very understanding of our unusual circumstances and was easy to work with. This was a great townhouse and I hope to see it again sometime!

Our family visited Island Time in mid-June and this property is lovely. The bedrooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated and offer great water views of the Gulf and the sound. The 2nd floor master also has a private deck where you can have coffee and just take in the sunrise or sunset. We enjoyed looking of dolphins each morning while eating breakfast on the deck each morning. The deck offered perfect views of the pristine water, and it is well-suited for meals and family-time after dinner. Terri was easy to work with and responsive to requests; what a refreshing change of pace to not have to deal with a rental company! A great place to stay!

Thank you Terri. Everyone really enjoyed the accomodations, especially my father. The weather and nature came through for us also.Sorry we didn't get to see you in person, but hopefully next year, as we plan to return depending on availability.

My husband and I spent a wonderfully relaxing week at "Island Time" He went to fish and it was a short drive to the pier and to Pensecola Beach. I went for some R & R. Went to the beach and enjoyed the sand and beautiful gulf waves. The water was cold, however we were there late March early April. The condo looks just like the pictures. Bigger that what we expected and is also considered a pet friendly unit. Our dog loved the deck located just off the living room. Had a wonderful time and hope to stay again soon. Terri was great to work and was always in touch via email. Thanks Terri!!!

We had a great time at Island Time even though it was a short stay. If you want a beautiful location on a quiet beach with great accommodations this is the place. The water was too cold during this time of the year (Late March) but the weather was perfect. Watching dolphins in the surf from the balcony was awesome. Delicious seafood is a very short drive as well as anything you might need while here. We hope to return for a longer stay in the future.

My family and I stayed here in May 2009. We were celebrating my daughter's birthday and wanted a beach setting. The unit is pet-friendly so we were able to bring my dog along. Very laid-back, quiet beach was superb. Love, love, love it!!! Thanks so much for a memorable stay.

We stayed at Island Time the summer of '08 and are returning this year. It is just a beautiful condo that is well maintained, with a gorgeous view. The kids have a blast on the private beach. After searching through all the properties available, I found Island Time to be the best accommodation at a very reasonable price.
