We enjoyed our stay. The house is very spacious, the master is bedroom is gigantic. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive. The location to the beach is amazing. The kids were able to walk out the front door, walk across the street and be at the beach all afternoon. The basement kept the kids busy when they weren’t at the beach! The only reasons I didn’t give it all 5’s… The air conditioner is not enough to cool the house. It stayed at 78 nearly the whole time we were there. But with the windows and doors open it stays fairly cool. There were tiny ants in most of the bedrooms. The hosts helped us deal with this issue. In the parking lot next to the house is very loud parking lot. Even though it says the parking lot closes at a certain time, there are cars there all night. Everything being said, we would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property and the ocean front view was amazing. The house was very clean, lots of space and had everything we needed, plus more. Very close to shops, restaurants and lots of activities that was within walking distance. The parking lot next to the house did get busy and noisy after 8PM so it made sleeping with windows open, somewhat difficult. Other than the noise at night, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to others.

Came here for a week in October for a getaway with my husband and dog. We had an amazing time. The inside of the house is exactly as pictured and this place is big!! Master bedroom is HUGE and the jet tub was nice to soak in. The garage had plenty of room for our truck, car, and electric bikes with additional room for parking. Watching the waves break on the rocks and being able to view the sunset on the beach from the balcony every night was fantastic. Location wise, the house is right at the beginning of the strand next to the day parking area. Two blocks or so up the side street is a place you can rent e-bikes. On an e-bike you’re about 5 mins to the pier and probably ten to the harbor. Above the pier there are restaurants, so we didn’t really have to drive. Just rode the bikes. Would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay again some time!

Love the location

The home is exactly as described. There were 8 of us: seniors to two years old. The house was perfect for us-- well stocked and comfortable. You do have to walk a ways to get to a sandy beach. Owners provided a wagon and sand items like chairs, towels, child sand toys. A very enjoyable stay.

I have reported this property to VRBO as being misleading, poorly maintained, strong odor of mildew/mold, and dirty. Not able to post pictures here but have provided over 25 pictures to VRBO. The home is large and spacious (a multi-unit property converted to a single family residence). Located across the street from the ocean (no beach- just rock shore). Beds are good. Bathrooms are good. Downstairs beds are roll aways that are horrible. Windows are filthy. Air vents have mildew/mold. Air filters look like they have not been changed in years. FP does not work (has label saying NOT WORKING and states on VRBO site that it is being fixed. How long does that take?). Trash compactor also has label saying NOT WORKING. Ice Maker works sporadically, so get ice if you are going. Door bell not working. The location is next to a public parking lot which is not seen in pictures, but is a main view from Living Room, Kitchen, and Master Bedroom. Lots of drugs and shady activity all day and night occurs in that parking lot. You will be awakened each night by some noise in the parking lot if you sleep in the Master Bedroom. Dishes, pans, flatware are are inferior quality or worn out, and many put back on shelves dirty by prior guests. Housekeeping is not attentive. Main ocean facing window has broken dual pane seals to there is moisture between the panes which clouds view of ocean. Rusted balcony rails and patio awning. Stucco is peeling. Communication with Nick who is the property manager was great. Very responsive, however he did not give me the impression that he really cared or would address the issues with this property. Because of what I feel is disinterest by the property manager, I felt compelled to report this property to VRBO and post this review to alert future guests.

The place was amazing- it literally had everything you could imagine you might need. From comforts, to kitchen, to entertainment, the place was FULLY STOCKED !! and of course THE VIEW… enough said….❤️❤️❤️
