We stayed for the 1st week in August 2021 - getting in and out was a breeze! Bayside Rentals was excellent to deal with. House was spotless everything worked perfectly and had everything you need - close to everything. Gunstock around the corner was nice - Tons to do!! Weather was iffy most days and we still had a great time. Thinking of booking for same time next year!

Would come back rental company was great

The house is very comfortable with a lot of open space. The kitchen is equipped with anything you may need for cooking meals. We loved spending time out on the porch having our meals or just sitting and relaxing. We were there for a week and enjoyed it very much. Thank you!

For the first time in probably 20 years we were able to take a ‘summer’ family vacation! We recently purchased a boat in Alton Bay, NH so we knew we wanted to be in the area for the week of the 4th! We were late to the booking process, and when we found this house, not only did it meet all our expectations, it was in the perfect location! We wanted to book this house immediately, and then we found out we were able to bring our pups with us as well, which really made our decision so easy! We had other family members come and stay for a few nights at a time, and the fact we could all be together really made this a trip to remember! A few things we might suggest to the owners are: If you plan to rent again during the summer months, potentially add an air conditioner; add a darker curtain in master bedroom for the slider (sun comes in bright in the morning); & maybe check the two front burners on the stove (they seem to not heat up)!
