So VBRO/Vacasa manages this property poorly. They do not respond to initial “contact owner” through site with questions. We had reached out to ask about the grill if it was working because of recent review said the grill was not working. So I sent a message and never heard back so two days before the trip I contacted the customer service number and they said they would look into it and get back with us, but they never did. so the day we were arriving at the cabin, I called the customer service number and the lady looked into it after a very long hold just to talk to someone and then a very long hold for her to “look into it.” I was told that the grill was working. When we arrived at the cabin maintenance man was pulling up at the same time and he said he was there to fix a shower handle that was broken. When he went into the cabin, he could not find a broken handle and said it must’ve already been fixed. While he was there, I asked him to double check about the grill so he did and he found out that it was still clogged and broken on half of the grill not heating up so he fixed that , which was lucky that I had checked about it. Once we got in there, we found that the big picnic table on the back porch both middle legs on the benches were messed up and not stable to sit on. So I texted With that Vacasa that had reached out to welcome me and they told me they would open a ticket. The next day I found a men’s watch on the windowsill above the sink so I texted that same text strand to tell them I had found this watch. Then I get a call immediately about the watch asking me if I could put it somewhere safe. So bizarre because I mean, I was a good person and turned it in. Who were they thinking was gonna take it lol so she told me where to put it in this drawer in the bedroom and I did. I reminded her it was already the next day and we still had no one to repair the benches. Later that night I texted that strand again about the benches only to repeatedly be told there was a ticket open. So the entire 4 days even after repeated reminders we never had anyone come fix those benches at all, but they sure were concerned about a men’s watch that was left there lol but not concerned about anyone who was currently in the cabin. The master bedroom has a door that goes to an outside deck that has no curtain on it at all so as soon as the sun comes up, that bedroom is sunny. That same side deck of the master bedroom is covered with debris like there’s branches and leaves it’s super messy. The basement where the pool table is really should have a door that you could close off that noise. It just goes through the whole house because there’s no way to close off if somebody wants to stay up later and hang out and hear everything through the house. The kitchen and the living area upstairs is nice and open and very spacious, but just felt like Customer Service and other things were lacking. It was disappointing stay.

An absolutely wonderful home! This home provides plenty of space for a large family. We wanted to celebrate our parents 50th wedding anniversary with a complete family vacation. This property was everything we could ask for. The large living room, kitchen, spacious decks, activity rooms and secluded location was perfect. We would highly recommend this property to anyone needing a spacious home for a get together. Thank you for opening your home to us.

Pros: Overall, my family and I had a wonderful time. The kids kept pretty busy in the game room area (air hockey table, arcade game, tv, toy kitchen, and toy box) and bar area (pool table). There was quite a bit of room so everyone could do their own thing and have some space. Cons: We were expecting to make s’mores with the kids but realized there was no firewood available so we had to purchase our own. Also, the outside grill was not functional as only one side of it lit up. Therefore, it smelled of propane so badly that we could not use it. We were stuck cooking all of our meals on the stove/oven which was not ideal for our large family trip. Also, one of the bathroom showers was very difficult to turn on (knob was broken). The house could have been a little bit cleaner (fan blades full of dust, Cobb webs, light bulbs burnt out/ dark, not enough trash bags left). Although I wouldn’t give this property a 5/5, my family and I really enjoyed our time together at this cabin.

This home has something for everyone. This large home is lovely and very comfortable on a hilltop with lovely views. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

We spent the week of Christmas there with 2 daughters and their families. It was an awesome place to do that. It was a very convenient location yet quiet with good views. The place was really roomy with ample space for everyone to spread out if needed. The game room, theater room and back deck were really a hit for all. Everything we needed was there.

Plenty of room; Multiple decks joined - we ate several meals outside; Two rec rooms with games for all; TVs everywhere; Wi-Fi good; Multiple gathering places for groups; Good AC; Large Kitchen that a number of "cooks" can work in at the same time; Extra refrig/freezer and bar in lower "pool room". Large eating area; Fire pit for gathering around - Bring camping chairs; We chose this venue for our 50th Wedding Anniversary with our kids and a few grandchildren - I was extremely happy that we did. Close to shopping and entertainment areas.

Beautiful house with amazing back covered porch! Went for a family gathering/long weekend and had a great time. House was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. Would definitely rent this one again!

We traveled with 11 family members and friends. The home is huge and plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy our time here. Kitchen is large and efficient! Plenty of bathrooms for a large group. We truly enjoyed our stay. Would stay again for sure. If you are traveling with children. ( we werent) there are is a play place downstairs for them and pool table air hockey foozeball and arcade games. Had a blast.
