Great place for the family to have their own space yet get together. The office staff was excellent in communicating and solving problems.

Sandy Oasis provided a wonderful home to enjoy with great amenities. We enjoyed cooking most of our meals as the kitchen is very well stocked with all essentials you might need including large selection of pots and pans to dishes and kitchen appliances including a great blender for smoothies. The home is arranged well inside and out with plenty of room for our family of 6 adults and small children. "There is a gate on the upstairs porch area which was very helpful with little ones. There are several chairs to use outside, and we really enjoyed the downstairs area to enjoy each evening. Cleaning station and dock made it convenient to take our family out for sunset cruises and fishing each day. We love going to the pool and quick access to town for places to eat and stores is very convenient. The property management, Miss Kitty's Getaway, was so great to work with and we appreciated Morgan as she was quick to answer all questions before and during our stay. We made great memories and will definitely stay again at Sandy Oasis!!

Quiet and peaceful. The overall experience was simply amazing and rental house was beautiful. Green light didn’t work and upon notifying them the issue was fixed. The establishment was great to keep us informed and with follow ups. Will definitely use Miss Kitty’s Fishing Getaways for my future fishing trips.

We had a blast at this great house. It was well appointed and the fishing off the back was good. My son caught several fish. We would definitely stay here again.

It was very easy to access the house. Clean home and very comfortable!

We had a family of nine (5 kids ages 6-12) and it fit our group perfectly. The location on the canal was great and we really enjoyed the downstair's outdoor space. The property was clean on arrival. One thing to note is that the main/master bedroom only has one vent for the room and bathroom so it was VERY hot in there. There were lots of extra fans but it was still hot; having said this it was August in Texas with 90% humidity so that is part for the course. We did call the property manager (who responded right away) to address excess condensation in the downstairs bedroom but, again, it was chalked up to the extreme heat and humidity. The condo itself was a bit musty/moldy smelling but we chalked it up to the humidity. Overall, a good experience.

Great property! We really enjoyed our stay and will be back. It was quiet. The beds were ALL great and the couches were amazing comfortable!! Love the fishing off the back deck. The Master bedroom was warmer than the rest of the house, unfortunately. This property was perfect for our family of 6 with plus 1s for our older adult kids.

Our family loved the beautiful vacation home! Sitting out on the deck each evening watching the sunset was the best!!

The property was just what we hoped for. It has a nice seashore decoration and it was very clean. We had everything we needed. We will return another time!

Other than the ac everything was great

Very clean property. Enjoyed the canal setting - was easy to launch boat at the Rockport beach and then drive it over and keep it in front of house. Fishing wasn't good this time, but still had a wonderful vacation.

Very clean, well appointed home.Fishing right off the back porch. Property has a green underwater light that attracted a constant and large amount of bait fish. Will be looking for this property's availability next time we go to Rockport/Fulton. Close to all the restaurants and stores.

Everything about this house is on point! Beautiful decorated, fully furnished, great location, and great amenities. The pictures in the description do not do this house justice. Check in was so easy. Very quiet neighborhood made for a relaxing weekend. Close to Fulton area restaurants and shops. The house had everything we asked for.. I must have missed something about the number of towels provided, because there was just two in each bathroom. But we brought beach towels, as instructed, so we were fine. Washer and dryer on property if needed made us comfortable if we needed to wash a few. Having the spare room downstairs with a bathroom was so convenient when spending time on the dock. The property management company arranged for a cake for my husbands birthday and was waiting on the table when we arrived! We loved having that special service and thoughtful touch to our getaway. Definitely will go back again!

We had a great Easter weekend in rockport and loved our stay. The house was great for my family and we will definitely stay there again.
